So far it's been pretty good.
The MC's brother is just a unpleasant character, the story would be better off with out him. It's not a major problem early on as he is rarey seen. But about c40 the MC and her brother get over their issues and he's suddenly mentioned every 3rd paragraph
The MC get turned mortal at one point, which just feels like a cop out for getting written into a corner. Hopefully that situation is quickly resolved rather than dragging it on for ages allowing the MC get to get stuck playing damsel in distress. Unfortunately I'm getting the vibe the second option is gonna happen.
Gonna keep reading and I'll try to update the review with if my fears come to pass
