Akira Kanzaki, an elite surgeon at a famous university hospital, is known as the "Hand of God" for his impeccable skill. He performs a cosmetically sensitive breast tumor removal on Mika Kurashina, a young model.　After the surgery, she accuses him of licking her breast and masturbating during a check-up. Kanzaki vehemently denies the charge, calling it a delusion, but he is prosecuted based on her testimony. He is found innocent in the initial trial, but the prosecution appeals. Shockingly, the high court overturns the verdict and convicts him. His defense team immediately appeals to the Supreme Court, which doubts the credibility of the evidence and remands the case.
