(Chapter 4)
Other name: "Indestructible Material"
This metal rivals natural diamond in hardness and has a variant that is even stronger named Adamantissimum. While not as strong or hard as Orichalcum, a greatly enchanted Adamantine is dubbed "virtually indestructible" indicating they may even be stronger then Orichalcum if enchanted / reinforced enough.
(Chapter 4)
Commonly known as "Heavy Bronze".
The strongest and hardest material known to people originated from the world of the Land. It has bronze color.
Far stronger than Adamantine and even Adamantissimum, a stronger variant of Adamantine.
In comparison to Adamantine, it has several major flaws.
(Chapter 4)
Or Endura system for short.
This system does not have a magic currency but directly use a creature's stamina to activate the magic. Machine does not have stamina as a result dwarven machinery can't use this magic system.
Stamina is also not a magic currency and, therefore, can't be generated by the Primal reactor.
Enchanted bows and the revised crossbows of Teroku are improved by Endura enchantments.
(Chapter 4)
Uniformis system has a magic currency called "Uni". They are always evenly distributed in the old world without anyway to concentrate or disperse.
The Primal reactor can generate Uni but because Uni is absent in the new world, any new Uni will be scattered across the new universe before the machinery can use them.
Li'seekthy commented about the 3 magic systems in chapter 1 saying that "One of them is disabled also owing to the absence of its currency". Perhaps he was referring to the Uniformis system.
Borag said his ship's shield is only 12% as strong. It is speculated that the runeship originally use Uniformis magic to create shield.
Magic systems that are omniversal and can be used in most if not all worlds.
Magic currency of one of the 2 Primal magic systems found by natives originated from the old world of the Land of Harmony.
(Chapter 4)
Known as Colora system for short.
This system used a magic currency called "Colos". The Colos is visible when Colora magic is used. Color of the Colos is an indicator for how much Colos is concentrated in an area from white to black with black being the densest. Colos does not exist in the environment of the new world. Currently only the people of the Land generate this magic currency and, therefore, only they can use it.
The runeship can only use Colora magic because the Uniformis system lacks its magic currency in the New World.
Thunderclap system is a dwarven ship-based weapon. The Thunderclaps on the runeship HMS-Infinity are the 8th generation, called "TC-G8" for short. This weapon creates lightning bolts to attack enemies.
The denotation number behind the code "TC-G8" indicated the maximum capacity of the weapon. For example, TC-G8 "300" means the Thunderclap can generate up to 300 billions Joules per second.
Since this weapon uses Uniformis magic, it can not operate normally in the New World. In a world without Uni, the Uni disperses too quickly after being generated by the Primal Reactor. Thus, the dwarven machinery can't utilize those Uni. The Infinity's crew made extensive changes to change this weapon from Uniformis to Colora. The alteration result in a 99.9% inefficiency as the weapon can only use 1/1000 of its true power.
The Lightning strikes seem to be a physical effect as the crew didn't mention any interference caused by the targeted ship's anti-magic enchantment.
(first mentioned in chapter 3 as the groveship's armaments, first use in chapter 4)
This spell is one of the main weapon of the groveship Emerllia. It is also the name of a family of spells related to it. Its formula is the root of all its descended spells.
Descended spells of the Thermal Lance were called mode/configuration by the elven crew.
Thermal Lance (original spell / family presentative) It shoots out a beam of light that burn off anything it touch. The light is a magical effect and therefore can be affected by magic of the same system.
(Mentioned in Chapter 1)
Skyhorn is a winged horned horse used as mounted animal.
(Mentioned in Chapter 1)
Swiftwing is another mounted animal, they appear as a large bird.
(Chapter 3)
Elven navy are not divided into Cruiser, Battleship, Destroyer and Carrier as Earth Navies do.
Attacker is one of the 3 major types of warships in service of the Elven navy. They are ships that have more firepower than Defender or Carrier even if those ships have the same magic reactor.
A variant of Attacker is Assassin. Assassin ships are outfitted with stealth technology to act either alone or in their own stealth battlegroup.
(Chapter 3)
Defender is one of the 3 major types of warships in service of the Elven navy. They are ships that have more defensive power. Even if 3 ships from these 3 types have the same magic reactor, the Defender-type ship always has better defensive power.
A variant of Defender is Fleet Defender. This variant can expand its shield to protect the entire fleet or project a secondary shield to allied ships or boost other ships' durability / shield.
(Chapter 3)
One of the 3 major types of warships in service of the Elven navy. They are ships that are designed to either transport troops, war machines or act as mobile airbase or naval base.
Carrier have subtypes to indicate their specialized role:
(Chapter 3)
Reactor that uses primal magic to create magic currency for the dwarven rune enchantments.
The dwarven civilization back in the old world of the Land has only one ship that is powered by this kind of reactor. Judging by the ship operating range, the primal reactor is capable of supplying either massive amount of energy or endless energy.
This world is the current setting of the fanfic. It is the same world as in the main series "Japan Summons".
This world is where the Independent State of Teroku originated.
Back in the old world, Teroku used to have many neighboring countries. These countries were all absorbed by 3 global powers around them leaving only Teroku behind.
According to chapter 1, these great powers are Belenor, a highly advanced scientific nation, Orussia, country with powerful military, and, Yubal, an economic powerhouse.
According to chapter 4, Teroku has magic communication devices. They are large enough to fill an entire hall. The great powers’ advanced technology allows them to reduce the size by 8 times. The great powers also have personal communicator, these ones are half an adult in size that soldiers carry them around during skirmish. It is possible that these magic installations requires extra infrastructures to operate.
In the Old World, beside humans there are also civilized species like Dwarves and Elves but these species have very little interaction with humans probably because of hostile actions of the humans against them in the past.
Caroline is summoned when a cult in Teroku messing with forbidden magic.
There is very little information about his world but it is likely that magic didn't exist in his world.
This one is a diverse world. Their civilizations have high level of knowledge.
This world has at least 4 confirmed magic systems divided into common and primal systems. Three common ones are Endura, Colora, and Uniformis. The last one is simply called Primal system/magic.
