Cantorn, a feeble and timid dark-elf, spent most of his life with simple chores. When his clan one day decides to challenge a monster that is far too strong for them to handle, he is brought with them. After a disastrous battle, he is the only one left. Through sheer luck, he manages to land the killing blow but succumbs to his wounds.
Yet, when he wakes up again, he finds himself with a new and mysterious power. Set to not waste his life anymore, he embarks on a quest to give meaning to his life.
