A bit you might want to know;
Xerai is not an inherently good person. She is an adult, living an adult's life and has opinionated views on how things ought to be done around her. The novel follows her through a battle torn world, her home planet as she barely survives encounters with mutated animals and other humans trying to survive on the burning planet.
Like my other works, this is a slow-paced story, so feel free to make assumptions of what happens next cuz it won't be proven or disproven for a while.
