Ogawa Fuzen could not be said to be your everyday teenager. His mother died giving birth to his sister and his father died saving someone from getting hit by a truck. Left alone to take care of his sister, Fuzen did not meet the challenge. He did not go to school, he did not get a job. Fuzen used the money his family had saved to get by as he wastes away in his room. Fuzen drowned his sorrow in alcohol and has no friends. His only family left, his eight-year-old sister, doesn't know how to handle all this and Fuzen often blames and berates her. Fuzen is not a good person, but he is our protagonist, and his eyes will soon be opened up to all the terrible things the world can bring to bear. When Fuzen gets entangled in a world of magic and monsters, where Angels sing and Demons lurk, he will change. It just might not be for the better.
