The year is 4177, interplanatary travel is being regulated by the Intergalactic Bond of Commerce and Colonization (IBCC).
A young man, who dreamt of always being able to see all the different stars and planets, had his hopes crushed unter the strict rules and qualifications needed to join and act within, having to spend many decades studying prior. His family, wishing to see him succeed, nag him on and on about his grades and the pressure gets to him.
What does a man do once he is forbidding to do the one thing he wants?
He does it anyway.
