This is a typical Travel to another World to be a hero with 2 twists. 1 its earth the hero traveling to. 2 She kind of Evil. She is a Unseely Shee Elf. She is rude crude and Pansexual and more than a tad creepy. (this is how Unseely Court wear in mythology) Anyone that knows their mythology. She is a Champion, not a Hero. Long ago there was a Hero and because of Honor and Goodness, all was lost because to quote Space balls Good Is Dumb. So this is the Hero Journey with someone that would likely want the demon lord job if they could get it. They are not Demonic Evil just a complete Criminal. She might not be able to be as Evil as the Demon King but she pays good money for a drug that would let her! And she knows the temptation of Evil because she indulges. She will rescue a Strange Child from getting hit by a truck at the risk of her life but not the kid that called her a skank nope for him she gets the popcorn out. She is Heroic but not selfless and she is not a Hero. 

To this, we add a conscience. A Police Officer that dreamed as a kid of being a Superhero And now she got access to one.
