1800 Hundred years ago, the God of all magic Heka fell in love, and as a gesture of his new found love, he created a whole new world filled with magic and so his feelings were answered for.
But not long after, the goddess Hekate left for the underworld and left him with a broken heart. And from that day he despised all women and to show his hate he ordered all of his servants to place a seal on the chest of every female infant upon birth to forbid them from using any kind of magic.
