“Aria’s Sonata,” was an otome game enjoyed by Kaori when she was younger. It took place in a fantasy world with the protagonist as a commoner who has five nobles fall in love with her during the course of the story. Kaori had played the game religiously after it came out unlocking every single CG and learning a lot about the world and lore. However, when she was older she died suddenly due to an unfortunate drunk driving accident. But that wasn’t the end of her life, as she woke up in the game world of, “Aria’s Sonata” as the minor noble character by the name of Nadia Valatina. Determined to get her happy ending, she usurps the protagonist’s role in the story and eventually gets the original protagonist executed.

However, at the moment of her execution, a god offers the original protagonist a deal. Turn back the clock, get your revenge and change your fate.

And thus begins the battle between the two. The Reincarnator, the one who knows everything about the world’s original story, and the Regressor, the one who knows everything about the changed story.
