A sword designed by the gods and created through their intent held half of the soul from an otherworldly person.  The sword wished only to find someone it thought worthy to be its wielder and reveal its true form for.  Its new pseudo-life as a sword will take it through the hands of various people as it helps its various wielders meet new and interesting people and races, all while it searches for the true master to wield it.
