Inspired by a dream so ridiculous it could only be described in the form of a silly light novel title. I had hoped to get it all done for Halloween, but failing that, I might as well post the start of it on Halloween!

Author's Note: It does get really dark in some places, it's ultimately intended to be a lighthearted and uplifting story, even if it's a bit of an emotional roller-coaster to get there.
