The aspiring hero, Ryan Helix, sets out to slay demons and become the greatest hero mankind has ever seen but his whole world turns upside down when he finds out that he is actually a demon, the very kind of being that he was determined to defeat. Now, he and his new close friends must overcome not just humans, elves, and animoids, but also the most powerful demons out there to become the top demon and quite possibly, the Demon Messiah, the savior of all demons.

Demon Messiah is a manga-inspired story that I began writing in 2019. I initially canceled it early on because I was starting to think that I couldn't handle writing two long-term stories at the same time but there were always parts of it that I was excited about getting to write. So in 2022, I made the decision to bring it back and also to post it here on Scribble Hub. Before, I was only writing it for my friends to read. As for what manga inspired me the most? That would be One Piece (not that this story is like One Piece's).

Some things to note about this story:

1. This story is written much closer to a novel style compared to my other story but I do take some liberties when necessary. In the end, I write what I enjoy writing. Also, the story is in third person.

2. This story is mostly planned out. I'm not coming up with the story/plot as I go. As such, expect there to be foreshadowing in the story.

3. There will be some sex scenes in this story. However, they are few enough that I do not think it would be right to use the "smut" tag for this story. This is still a more serious story.

4. I'm not a professional-level writer. It's not going to read like it was written by a professional. I write because I think writing stories is fun.
