Despite their eventual defeat at the hands of the Soviet forces, the Axis powers had one last trick up their sleeves: PROJEKT TYR. This ambitious program was the brainchild of a collaboration between German and Japanese scientists, and it sought to transform human beings into something akin to machines.

The project represented a radical departure from the norms of human biology and psychology. Rather than embracing the inherent variability and adaptability of human beings, the scientists behind Project Tyr sought to create a standardized, uniform template for humanity. They believed that by stripping away the complexities and idiosyncrasies of the human experience, they could create a more efficient and effective species that was better suited to survive in the modern world.

The implementation of Project Tyr led to a significant shift in society, as the line between humans and machines became increasingly blurred. The divide between these two classes is immense, and it seems as if there is no hope for the poor to ever rise above their circumstances. The city is run by corrupt corporations that hold immense power over every aspect of people's lives. They control the police force, the media, and even the very air people breathe. Those who try to stand up against them are quickly silenced or eliminated, and the corporations rule with an iron fist.
