Dhruva ends up transferring to a gurukul, (technically a boarding school) leaving his parents and friends back home because of a promise made to his late grandmother. While on the surface it looks just like a school for young students, things take a turn at night when he finds himself and his new fellow classmates suddenly transported to an ancient village at the foothills of a mountain in the Himalayas. How will he manage his new life in these two worlds simultaneously? What kind of trouble is brewing in this world that requires young people to go through these adversities?
