Marissa is the daughter of a lowly cheater. Despite this, she enrolls into the notoriously harsh Knott Institute with the hope of becoming an Imperial Knight. Bullied relentlessly by the Count’s son and his henchmen, Marissa barely manages to graduate before she is framed for a crime she didn’t commit and is brutally executed.

The culprit is, of course, the Count’s son, the despicable Gideon Soleis.

She wakes up before these events happen, in a small countryside village on the other side of the country - in her home city, one year before she enrolled!
