“Hurry Up,J!” I urged Jordan, my voice laced with tension.
“We are almost there. Relax,V!” Jordan replied calmly as he drove towards the mayor’s estate.
Despite his words and tone meaning to console me, I knew that he was just as worried as I was.Considering that 30 minutes ago, we got a call from Aaron’s mom, informing us that our best friend has gone berserk again and he was practically tossing and battering every known household items that they own.
Taking into account his past records of going off into the deep end would bring harm to himself more than his surroundings, we were afraid the outcome might be him(Aaron) ending up in the ER again.
And we didn’t want that to happen.
Sometimes I wonder with the way our friendship stands now, had we not met, would things get more worse for one or better for the other............
