Japanese college student Katsumi finds himself offered a place at Taipei National University. He honestly has no clue why but of course he'd accept. A perfect chance to practice some of the Mandarin he'd been learning. However, he'll soon learn why he was sent to this university.... Anomalous phenomenon terrorize normalcy all of the world.
