In this world full of mutations and monsters, humanity has struggled to fight against these horrid creatures. After years of experimentation, CORE produced biological weapons to combat the mutations. It was no mystery to all that these biological weapons were once humans. They are called Mutation:A or Axelyas, a human-mutation hybrid with inhuman abilities.

Border Regulations become stricter as the virus spreads. Eva Atley is suddenly assigned as a Nightshift border guard at the East Border of Ciltonria. When dawn broke, she meets one of the Axelyas returning from scouting mission, Seed #0023.

Seed #0023, once known as the “Youngest Axelya” due to his success for surviving through the experimentation at a very young age.

There is usually no interaction between a border guard and an Axelya, as there was no need to.

However, a tragic incident leads to a needed cooperation between Border Guard and Axelya.
