Synopsis
When your kid sister holds you hostage for the weekend with magic, you tend to want to play along for your own safety. Carter does not have that preservation instinct. Victoria has transformed him into a teenage girl so he will act as her sister and do her bidding while their parents are away, or risk never returning to being a boy again.
