Hey everybody! Writing is going well! I just want to remind everyone that I stream with my partner on Thursday and Friday nights at 6:30 EST (about 7 hours from when I post this) at www.twitch.tv/epistemicpolymath. I fudged up a little, and the next chapter of Island Goddess was supposed to upload this week. I had such a bad week and a half that all productivity went into the toilet, but I think I'm ready to get back on track, so I'll upload the chapter tomorrow and get back on a biweekly schedule from there, if all goes well.

This story's getting longer than I thought it would be. I have about 2000 words of the next draft finished, but it's only half of what the next chapter was *supposed* to be, and I'm worried about the pacing. Still, I would like to try to get a chapter to my patrons this week, so I might cut it off there.

I've been struggling so much with manic and depressive episodes lately that I think I'm going to start scheduling new chapters every 2 weeks for the immediate future. That's much more realistic and I won't feel like I'm always playing catch-up. Not fun to think about, but I gotta take care of my health too.

I have a rough draft of the new chapter finished. My hope is to upload it to Patreon next week, so it'll be a few weeks  before it goes live, but I also have a timeline for the next few chapters, so uploads will be more consistent in the short term when they resume.

It feels like I have gotten a lot of new followers lately. Welcome followers! I've had an upswing in productivity lately and am hoping to channel that into more stories and even some articles. Week by week updates are given to Patreon supporters if that's something you'd be interested in.

I am on the *very last* chapter of this story and I can feel myself burning out on it in real time. Less than 2000 words from the ending and it is getting really hard to find the motivation to sit down and work on it. Just gotta make myself finish it.

Okay, we tweaked the computer a little, and we're going to see if it works well enough for the moment. Gonna try to get some writing done this weekend and see if it holds up.

Okay, this has not been a great start to the year, but I think we can get things back on track. I'm going to schedule the next chapter of Nolan White, Girl Detective for next week, and from there (hopefully), it should end up updating once a week as normal.

Edit: Sorry, made a mistake. The next chapter will go up next week, but I can't say for certain when the chapter after that will be ready.

I have hurt my neck really badly and haven't been able to do anything at all for the past day and a half except lie in bed. On top of that, the computer I use keeps freezing whenever I try to do anything. I have to back up my files and work from my laptop if we can't figure out why. It's probably gonna be a bit before we're back on schedule

Been struggling a little with fatigue the past couple of days, and since it's Christmas I decided to pretty much take the week off. The next chapter should still come out next week, but the week after that will probably be a gap week to give me time to catch up and get chapter 5 to my Patrons early like I've promised.

For folks on Patreon, there will be a slight delay for chapter 2 of the new story. Pain in my hands makes doing the revisions on the chapter a little difficult, and I will probably end up needing to do line edits tomorrow before publishing it.
