I walk up to the cell door and check the lock.

Elwin: "Unlocked?"

Why is it unlocked? I highly doubt Nemui forgot. I better stay vigilant. I walk through the corridors of this... prison? I'm not really sure, but it seems no one is here. After awhile of searching, I notice some sunlight appearing from a door nearby.

Elwin: "Shit.."

In a panic I sprint towards the door the burst through it. I'm met by the sun that seems to be slowly raising. I look around somemore and... where am I? This is too green and lush to be anywhere near Ul'dah anymore... Am I in Gridania?

*Drip, drip*

 Elwin: "Great, rain... I better get out of here... Seems it won't be that easy will it! Nemui!"

The Au Ra appears from behind a tree.

Nemui: "Good morning, aren't you full of tricks."

Elwin: "You left the door unlocked..."

Nemui: "Did I? Oh no..."

I give out a sigh. I hold my katana tight.

Elwin: "So... what now?"

Nemui: "For me? Nothing my job is done."

Elwin: "Huh!?"

Elwin: "Shi..."

Without time to react. I'm caught by surprise and sent flying across the ground. Mud flies all over, the rain seems to have gotten heavier. I use my sword to help me stubble back onto my feet. I instantly stare at Nemui. She shrugs.

Nemui: "Don't look at me, I can't use magic."

I look away from her and scan the area in front of me. No one was in sight. Suddenly I feel some warm air against my ear.

???: "I did tell you before, if you run away I will bring you back."

I don't move and try to steady my breathing.

Elwin: "You think after all this time, I'm just gonna give up and return back home?.. Sister..."

Camilla: "You sure you want to try this? You know I'll win."

I slowly tighten my grip on the katana. But it is then interrupted as my sister grabs my arm.

Camilla: "Let go, or I break your arm."

I let out a sigh. What can I do...

Suddenly Camilla is hit by magic and sent flying away from me. I look around.

Resha: "ELWIN!"

I see Resha running towards me.

Suddenly I hear my sister shout.

Camilla: "Nemui! I said no distractions!"

Nemui: "Sorry, my job is over."

I see Camilla grind her teeth in frustration. Anticipating her next move, I sprint between her and Resha. In an instant I collide with Camilla. Our swords clash against each other.

Camilla: "Who's the girl!?"

Elwin: "A trustworthy companion. I will not let you harm her."

I'm met with silence. I got a bad feeling about this.

Elwin: "Sis, don't continue this please."

Camilla: "I'm not losing you like we did with our parents. I need you with me, always. What if you died on a quest? I'd be alone in this world without you. It scares me, but I also love you deeply. I will do anything to always keep you by my side."

Elwin: "Like what? Allying yourself with the imperials. So... you would ally yourself with the people that killed our parents just to get me home? Do you think our parents would want that?

Camilla: "Enough!"

Elwin: "Huh!?"

Shit... unlike me, my sister is attuned in magic also. Knew I forgot something. I try to move but, each attempt to move is met with a jolt of electricity.

Elwin: "Resha! Run"

Before Resha could react Camilla was right in front of her. She grabs Resha by the throat.

Elwin: "Camilla! Don't do it! Please! Don't!"

She looks at me and gives a smile. 

Camilla: "So little kitty... You love Elwin, don't you?"

Elwin: "Res..ha... Don't answer!"

Resha: "Y..y.yes..."

Camilla face turns expressionless. She takes out a dagger from behind her.

Elwin: "Camilla! Don't... please!"

Just to save Resha I use the words I was trying to avoid...

Elwin: "I'll.. do...anything..."

My heart sinks... Instantly Camilla turns to me and lowers the dagger. She tosses Resha to the side like she weighed nothing.

Elwin: " Resh..."

My speech is interrupted as soon as Camilla appears before me. She crouches down.

Camilla: "You know what that means right? Anything... for the girl's life."

I look over at Resha who seems to be unconscious on the ground. I'm sorry Resha.

Elwin: "Yes... I will... return home..."

Camilla pats me on the head

Camilla: "That's a good little brother, but first I gotta take some necessary precaution. I gotta make sure you don't run away again."

Elwin: "W..w.wait! No! Don't!" 

In an instant she grabs my sword arm...

*Snap*

Elwin: "AHH!? Stop no more!"

Camilla: "One more."

She stands up and places her foot on my right leg. I stare at her pleading to her. She doesn't listen...

*Snap*

Elwin: "AHH!? Ahh..."

Camilla: "There all done. Oh? Elwin, still awake?

Everything is fading black. Was this my only choice? My sister out matches me in combat. I wanted to protect Resha, yet this is all I can do? Maybe I'm just weak or just unlucky. Sorry Resha... Sorry Hilda...

I still don't feel confident in doing action stuff.
I feel like I may of ruined stuff somehow now, but I'm choosing to continue.
Was originally gonna end the story around here. :think:
