On a dock in a private dock in California, two bright white yachts slowly stopped and parked after a long time at sea.

David, who has been playing in the sea for many days, walked around with a relaxed smile on his face. His mood is as bright as the warm glowing sun.

The two stayed around the establishment for a short period before leaving, moving out towards the car that had been waiting for some time.

Inside the vehicle, David and Allen, with great moods, talked about many things, overall just having fun.

Allen didn't forget to ask a little bit more about Netscape. He was extremely curious about this most talked topic all over the news.

He would also put a lot of his available money to invest in this company because his friend said so. David knows more about these things compared to him, so he will obviously believe his words. He trusts him, after all.

If he could earn a lot from this, he will definitely treat David to go to many fun places and use a lot of his family connections to get more of those models from all over the world, and maybe they can go on a fun adventure on the sea and many islands again.

These funds would also be enough for him to start his own business, possibly starting a club resort around the Los Angeles area and the thought of this quickly made him excited.

His palms were rubbing together, and adding it with a dreamy, bright smile made him look like an over-excited child.

David can only shake his head and entertained him with a few words of assurances. The day of trading won't be too complicated anyway.

In other people's perspective, it will just be a swift in and out trade along with good timing.

For all those 'talks' about Netscape, David didn't know why there was such a huge hype around this company.

There must be some serious money being burned behind all these advertisements, but in the end, this is none of his business, and he quickly swept it off his mind.

Not that it would matter anyway.

David was not in a hurry today, but Allen was suddenly called by his dad, so they had to quickly drop him off just at the quiet residential area right outside of Los Angeles.

After, David went straight towards Frost Pictures.

Sitting relaxedly in a luxurious office, David looked at William Johnson with a faint smile on his face.

"Boss, we are almost done. The team is close to being completed, and most of the outdated hardware was now replaced. There will also be new ones coming in the next few days. In a week or two, everything should be finished."

"I see that's good. Is there other news about the company?"

"Yes, there have been some issues about—"

Over the course of the next few days, David visited the company to make sure everything was coming together nicely.

In busy times like these, he can really appreciate Williams's professional ability, making everything easier and solving most issues that unexpectedly arise.

...

Time had soon passed, and the scheduled date was finally closing in.

The long-awaited initial public offering is getting nearer and nearer.

According to the news, the stock was set to be offered at $14 per share, but a last-minute decision doubled the initial offering to $28 per share.

Damn, if he could buy before they go public, maybe he would have earned much more.

Even now, he can only rely on leverage to earn exponential profits as he is dirt poor currently, but this will change very soon.

In the past few days, he had answered some calls from acquaintances, asking him about what he thinks of this IPO, but he only said some meaningless words that he already forgot.

You all want to take some advantage? It's not that easy.

This investment is just going to be a quick one. Buy fast and sell at the right time. Having people sharing his target gold mine does not serve to benefit his own self-interest.

Well, he did tell Allen to invest in Netscape, but he knows Allen can't possibly have a large amount of cash lying around to make a big splash as opposed to those capital predators.

Over the past few days, David had also exchange communications with Alexander from J.P. Morgan and finalized their plan, only waiting for the big day.

...

"Mr. Frost, everyone is ready. The team arranged this time is one of the most skilled among our many teams. We can guarantee their abilities. They have provided services to many high profile clients and have had a long time work experience in Wall Street."

Time flies unknowingly, and it was now the big day. David arrived early in the morning in the J.P. Morgan branch to personally meet with everyone.

It was not only him who was up early. The executives of Netscape were also very excited. This day is definitely the most exciting day in their company history.

This is the fated day when they will shoot themselves up high towards the sky.

Many parties were also waiting for this trading day, wanting to dip their hands into this very attractive company. Many have long heard about today's event and have become slightly interested.

Various media have been hyping this company up, and there is no shred of doubt there is a black hand behind it all.

But it doesn't matter. People won't notice it, and even if they did, what they think doesn't matter.

...

Getting into a private room, Alexander briefly introduced the fifteen professionals belonging to the same team.

David gave each of them a short greeting as he receives a bunch of promises and guarantees to accomplish their parts well.

"Mr. Frost, this is all the members of the team. This number of people is enough to ensure that we can operate fast enough throughout the next trading days. Rest assured, everyone here is an experienced professional. Not one word will leak out of this room."

"Various necessities had also been prepared on another room inside. We can stay here for a long time."

"That's good. It looks like everything is set and ready."

David nodded as he watched everything attentively, appreciating all the preparation and work they put into this operation.

He doesn't know exactly how long will this all take, but it should not be too long. Maybe a couple of days?

Coming here today, David has a set of plans he has to follow. It is pretty simple as he is not a speculator. You can say he just follows the future events that he knows.

And so, for this day, he will just go along with his own plans.

Netscape, without the company demonstrating even a hint of profitability, skyrocketed its stock price at its first trading day, starting at $28 per share and closing at $58.25 per share.

This meteoric rise valued the young 16-month-old company at around $3 billion. Surprisingly the company who had a great result on its opening day had yet to make a cent in profit.

By the end of 1995, Netscape shares traded at $174. This is also the highest it could reach before initiating a 2-for-1 stock split and then slowly losing in value in the next few years.

They are part of the group of companies that can be said to have reached their peak in their first year going public.

"Mr. Frost, it's about to start."

"Let's go."

After Alexander interrupted his thoughts, David quickly nodded and followed to the inner trading area. Everyone then got ready in their seats. The operation is about to start.

This is not the first time they had done this, so they were very comfortable doing these kinds of trading.

Smooth entry and fast exit will be their plan. Everyone already knows what stock they will specifically focus on today.

For this particular detail, it is not kept secret. David will only tell them when to start selling and at what price, and these professionals will just do their job as fast as possible.

"Ready, everyone?"

"3"

"2"

"1"

Everyone stared intently at their screen, ready to make their own trading operations.

"It's open."

Netscape is now officially available to be traded. Many of his future ventures depend on this success. Along with his future memories, let's begin.
