Go see nostalgic series or old masterpieces. This way you forget about today problems.
Your brain will do a "time jump" in the past, feeling the memories / mood / vibes. (insert ratatouille flashback meme)
For example for me, just today, i read by accident the raws of "Transcending the Nine Heavens" (it didnt click it was the old series) and it made me flashback my mood in the happy past, with good works and kind people.
