Hecate didn't wear a hat, and there is an ornamental hairpin (let's just say it has flower shape) clipped on her hair and a pair of earrings on her ears.
She also wears a cape, and her blouse has sleeves.
Her Lunar Wand's size is not too long, about a machete length: (https://knowyourmeme.com/videos/274765-african-kid-crying-with-a-knife).
I planned to divide the type based on their size, it's kinda like:
wand = short (machete size, fast cast time but spell power is lowered),
rod = medium (two-handed sword size, normal cast time & power),
staff = long (spear size, high power but long cast time, can also be used to whack the opponent).
