Hi~! I've been getting the itch to go back and check on FFXIV lately.
I totally intend to keep writing Neva, but ever since I started transitioning in real life, hormones have muddled my brain and I haven't been able to sit down and write -- every attempt ends in frustration after 10-30 minutes of barely managing to write a sentence.
The worst part is I already know pretty much all the events of the next two chapters, I just need to put ink to paper! Sigh! 
Yah, I know that feeling, HRT really puts a person through strange emotions, odd unexpected changes to one's biology, and sometimes even changes how we think.
But good news, if you have ever suffered from dysphoria, it does get better.
Also Spoiler-free, just in case you haven't finished the MSQ, they finally answer what the Echo actually is. And oh goi the implications. Also, I need to sit down and start writing too, been totally focused on leveling and playing. I've basically run out of quests, and now have just white mage and the melee classes to level. ((Note, got everything to 70 from the XP boost))
p.s. Goi, as used, is a Yiddish word, means "person" specifically a non-Jewish person. I' of Jewish ancestry, and don't like using gendered male terms.

Sorry, my energy levels have been pretty much 0 for the last month or so. I haven't given up on Neva, but I haven't been able to focus on my writing (I've tried!) at all.
I'll be sure to let everyone know when I am back in action, though!

I started writing chapter 08, but I am moving slowly so far. I think 3 or 4 more days is what will be needed for it. Hopefully you guys and girls won't be too disappointed in me!

Cloud's bike is account wide, so SO totally worth it (it also is faster than other mounts)
Chapter 07 is out! I manage to introduce... ONE of the three characters I had planned for it! ^_^;;;
But in exchange, we spent a lot more time with Neva as she discovers things about herself! Hope you guys enjoy her discovery as she stumbles with this new world!
