New Aldenmoor dropped this morning! Wednesday will see the first “The Nearest Day” installment - by popular request it will be Confessions. Emmy surprises Juliet with some things she (and Julian) didn’t know. It takes place between Chapters 18 and 19 of The Nearest Heart.

New Chapter drops this morning - the epilogue of Book 1, and a few hints at what is to come when Book 2 starts in a few weeks. Between then, a few slice of life stories will keep the biweekly schedule going!

Ever make a small change at home that leads to a much larger one? At the start of the next arc, Emmy adds something to the home that was meant to be seasonal, but will probably last for generations. One small act, one legacy created. 

Juliet brings Emmy to their new home today! Chapter drops this afternoon, with a poll to vote on which slice of life chapters you want to see first!

Lore Drop: For whatever strange reason, no one in the Emmy + Juliet Storyverse have middle names. Haven't quite figured out why yet.

Soon (Probably tomorrow) an ordinary hairbrush becomes something extraordinary for E+J.  

Fun Fact: TNH Chapter 18 takes place in November 2025. I may have a timeline that stretches... ya know... years out

First drafted a chapter last night that was... difficult. On the surface it's a story of love, but below the surface is tension. And not the artificial "pull the couple apart" tension, more the "what happens when you get too comfortable" tension. Thankfully it won't be fatal to any relationship you care about, just will add depth.
