Well......... I loved it!
It's an awsome backstory for the whole isekai genre in general.
But if you say it's unnecessary I'd probably agree with you. It draws attention away trom toshi and makes your audience interested in the war surrounding earth's inhabitants. At least it does for me.

I need an opinion. I got a chapter from the God's point of view. It's explains his reasons for what he's doing. Part of me wants to include it, part of me thinks it is a massive distraction from the story itself and I should just leave it out.
You mind reading the 2200+ word doc and telling if I should use it? I'm think ch 13 Don't worry, it doesn't spoil the story itself, it more spoils the God's motivation. and elaborates about 'Why Toshi'.
