I think I'm back in the clear. I'll try to get the writing engine back up and running. I have a very different series I might want to try writing for, if just to validate my spending my money on a big art commission. We'll see.
A severe real-life crisis is hanging overhead right now and I can't get into the headspace to write for a while. Sorry to anyone eagerly expecting more. I'll follow-up if the emergency passes.

I've been elaborating on a LOT of lore in the First Fitting epilogue's comment section today. If you're wondering some of the finer details of Rin, witchcloth and so on check it out! It's become a bit of a nice addition to that story page.
Added some entries to the glossary. I'm taking the next week off or so. But I'll be back soon with a brand new extra and with Luxury's story!

Before launching *right* into the Luxury storyline, I want to make a habit of doing cute one-shots with the other witches. Including Rin later, of course, but I'm sure we have seen enough of the Witch of the Norn for now. I'm super grateful to all of you for your support in getting me to that point.
Rin is definitely one of the nicest and most personable witches to interact with, but... put her in front of a challenging video game and she turns into a total shithead.
Gamer-shithead!Rin is actually still kinda fun to be around in a loud frat girl kind of way. So long as the game isn't totally taking the piss.
I actually know someone in RL who had a near-death experience. I'm drawing on that for the end of The First Fitting.
Almost got the second chapter written already. I'm going to gun for posting two chapters a week as my schedule. If I get regular *enough* with it, I might even start a Patreon but let's not get too crazy until I have a body of work that screams "support this person".
Rin, the Witch of the Norn, is so named after... well... the Nordic version of the Moirae. The Fates. The three women who spin the thread of fate, measure it and cut it. Likewise, Rin is a master of the fabric of fate. The fabric of the soul. She is also by far the most "human friendly" of the four witches, but there is still risk even in dealing with her. Nonetheless she seeks to advocate for humans being allowed to live their lives in peace, to the protest of the other witches.
Rough draft of the first chapter of the first story is done. Doing an edit pass and passing it to proofreader. I'm pleased with how it came out overall.

I'll give you a hint: it involves girls like Ami from Mecchen House for one thing. And definitely inspired by a certain lass you once wrote for me whose name in fact rhymes with "lass".
