Multiple reasons maybe

1) They are not accustomed for hentai novels

2) The readers there are mostly the old school kind. Meaning they are not accustomed to xianxia maybe AND hentai. Basically imagine them like scholars that prefer paper type novels. (Just my hypothesis)

Yeah, there are quite a lot of sentences like that in CN. That is because, in China, literature is learned in school and is quite a big subject. That is also why a lot of CN have poems and similars.

But i think it's also because this authors are tired when years ago they saw lot of "bullshit truths" while reading novels. And with popularisation of communication there, probably got lot of normal people that exposed this bullshits and corrected them.
