Can i have a hint on how long it will be until Tatyana's character development will kick in?
You've very clearly built her up so she can grow into a better person, and i love it. Too many stories take the easy way out.
But all i can remember whenever she appears on scene is that she is itching to pulverize the grey matter of Yasenia's other girls.
I can't see how the others can call her "best girl"
Well, the reason the others like her so much is because she has her own distinct personality. She is ruthless, cunning, and many other adjectives of a similar nature, only softening before Yasenia. While it is true that she might not be fond of the girls, you can tell that she does not dislike them. So, there isn't a "character arc" for Tatyana. Her "character arc" is the length of the entire story, similar to the other girls.
Also, Tatyana's character is much more complex than that. She has her faults and advantages, and she feels very real. That's why people love her, regardless of her faults.

Why is death empress deleted?
I will be reuploading it later next month; after all, with one year+ of not uploading, the algorithm might not give it enough visibility, hahaha. Moreover, I'm editing the chapters and adding and correcting a few things I missed. My writing skills are much better now than then, after all.
