Status update: Carve is not dead. I am working on it daily (though often not much per day, sadly) but work and the number of things I want to get right in the next chunk are both slowing things down. That said, I have multiple chapters drafted; and will get back to weekly updates as soon as I am comfortable with the whole set. Expect 5ish to drop sooner or later, then a much shorter break; then 2-3 more to finish off the arc!

Hiya! Just finished A Little Vice and was blown away.
Just wondering what the chances are of you ever going back? The story wrapped up well from a character arc perspective, so it isn't strictly necessary, but you obviously left plot threads that lead to a possible sequel, was the intent just to leave that open ended or did you hope to one day return to that world?
Oh hey, just saw this; sorry.
I have a few short story ideas (I've committed to writing a Christmas short in the next few weeks even!) And I do have some thoughts for a potential bigger sequel; though it wouldn't be A Little Vice 2 or the like, but the overall intent and conceptualization was always to end the story there as a complete whole.
If I ever do get to that sequel, it will likely be a very different story; rather than picking up immediately where ALV left off.
