When his brain was nostalgic for the genre of the novel, he felt a strong desire from the bottom of his heart. 

He desires to have the ability, an ability that can be used to forcibly steal other people's abilities. His alter ego, who also did not want to be left behind, also expressed his idea to Bruce.

The Exception is a unique Hatsu that allows its users to conduct trade transactions in a variety of different dimensions. 

The owner of this ability, Bruce Banner, can use all the merchandise he has obtained as he pleases when combined with the system.

1. Contract: allows the user to make a trade transaction with a second party.

2. Merchant Fury (locked): if a customer refuses to trade with the merchant twice, Bruce, as a merchant, can steal one ability or skill forcibly from his target. As a reward for doing this sinful thing, the user will be penalized in the form of a ban on the use of abilities for a predetermined time. A cooldown will apply according to the grade or rarity of an ability or skill stolen by the user. • Conditions that Bruce must meet before trading:

1. You may be wondering why his legs haven't regenerated as usual, right? Do you still remember the massive Nerf he mentioned when creating Hatsu? 

2. For those who haven't watched the Hunter x Hunter anime, you might be confused by the boundaries and vows, but please note that it is very important to do so because of his Hatsu. Exceptions cannot be created without enforcing various restrictions that bind them. If he had not created certain limitations, would Hatsu's creation have failed? No, but Hatsu's potential won't be as strong as what Bruce is aiming for.

3. The more demanding an oath a Nen user takes, the more powerful Hatsu's potential will be.
