Steve turns his arms into machine guns and fires at Ness. However, Ness easily avoids the bullets, gets behind Steve, grabs his head and uses his powers to deactivate Steve.

(Reactivates instantly)

He also seems to be wearing some type of robotic beetle themed silver armor over black latex body suit, gold trim on shoulder, knee pads, and a rhino beetle horn on the helmet with an exposed mouth.
ZARA
