At system's words, Steve remembered his situation and begin to panic,"What should we do?"

Steve ignored the hidden sarcasm in system's words and hurriedly asked for instructions to solve this mess.

Steve was very excited,"This could work! System, you're a genius!"

"Quickly, tell me how to use it!". 

[Reporting: To use Dimensional travel, host has to first accept a quest and you will be automatically transfered to the world of the quest.]

Steve tilted his head in confusion,"Wasn't I the in charge of this sector? Why does it feel like I am a freelancer who is doing work?"

[Reporting: Host, you are in charge but these quests are not your duty. It is more like changing the future in a better direction and getting karma as reward for your work]

[Your duty includes far more grueling tasks then this like someone being a threat to the balance of universe.]

[We need Good karma from quests so that you could strengthen yourself and also upgrade me.]

Steve nodded.

"How do I take a quest?"

[Reporting: Host, I have already browsed through millions of quests and filtered all low price ones because they couldn't repair me anyway and we only have one chance. I strongly recommend these few.]

A bunch of quests suddenly appeared in front of vision. 

Steve calmly browsed through the quests eliminating those that needed combat strength. 

Steve eyes suddenly caught a peculiar quest and he stopped scrolling.

Steve eyes lit up,'This is it! A quest in which there is no unnecessary violence! And didn't the quest say queen not king? That's my specialty!'

Steve hurriedly choosed accept on the bottom left of the quest. 

A different window appeared adjustant to the previous quest tab.

Steve scanned the new window with confusion.

"System, what is all this?" Steve has some idea but he still asked.

[Reporting: Host, To explain a path in short. It is basically like a class used in modern RPG's. But unlike classes it isn't absolute, a path could veer off to unexpected directions depending on the actions of the user. The moment you step on a certain path a number of skills and a title is bestowed]

[A person's path has 10 major evolutions and countless small evolutions followed by ten different titles each evolution that came with it's own set of skills]

"But what do we do about the cost? Priest is the only choice for me isn't it?" Steve asked worriedly.

He didn't want to be a priest. From what he has experienced from playing games, it's pretty clear that they are fully dependent on others for protection. 

He is incharge of an entire section of omniverse. If he was protected by others what dignity will he have in front of his other colleagues?

The system sensing his master's reluctantance spoke.

[Don't worry, host. We can scrap up 300 karma points by ceasing the other non-essential functions for a while. They aren't any use anyway now that I am born prematured and host is a weakling]

Steve, ignoring the jab, thought for a moment before giving permission for the cease.

A bunch of messages appeared on top of the previous ones. Informing him of the shut down of Store, Favoribilities, Organisation management e.t.c.

Steve put aside all the other massages and pressed the Knight option on Path window. His new founded wealth all disappeared only 100 karma points remaining.

Before Steve could grumble he felt the sleeping energy deep in his brain awaken.

The ethereal colorless energy came outside and slowly transformed into invisible gold aura around him.

His black smooth hair turned a brilliant rose gold shortly followed by his eyes. His thin frame growed muscles.
