Hello. This is my first time posting here after reading quite a bit on this site.
Usually, I wouldn't post on anywhere but AO3 as i've only ever written smuts. But this time, i've had an awful itch to write something that wasn't subhuman and gotten me crucified among the normal folk.
So, what is this title about anyway ? Long story short, it's merely a life story as any.
Albeit if you're looking for action packed scenes, this is not it. Not the focus.
I wanted to write about someone without worldly powers. Someone trudging through their life without any blessings of gods. Someone who long admired the flashy dance of swords and arcane through fiction, but unable to use any of it in a world chock-full of people who could flatten a fortress with their bare hands.
Someone thrown into an unfamiliar body, unfamiliar family, a foreign culture, a foreign world with nothing but their mundane talents honed through their life after slowly learning from their foolish actions.
An awfully slow paced story that follows their life with quite likely no grand ambitions.
But on a more boring side, i truly went into this without any planning with exception of the fact that this takes place in a world of mine already in its development several centuries back of where it is currently.
I don't know where the story will go from get go, I don't know if the characters will surely find love, I don't know anything beyond the feeling driving me to start this, and I had no structured plan for this. All I know is just the fact that I had to write this.
Sometimes, I may include rough illustrations i've done myself. But rough is all I can promise, I don't have the time nor money for more than that.
And as for release schedule... I'll have to see. All I can tell you is that I will release at least four more chapters this week before it goes to once chapter a week at minimum.
I should also warn for potential typos, as I won't have anyone proofreading.
That being said, please sit back and watch over Inés. And if possible, try to enjoy yourself.
