<Sc'the>
Once I got Aurora through the Portal I immediately (Spatial Warp)ed the both of us to Thria's room in the Capital and grimaced with a guilty tug on my gut at leaving a very muddy Dragoness in a pristine room like hers. I noticed that Aurora was looking kinda woozy and apologized, "Sorry, I keep forgetting that Long distance Teleportation has that effect on people."
This is a good friend of mine, she'll likely want to give you a bath, but she'll be super excited to see you and even if you can't actually communicate with her don't worry about it. Her name is Thria, and she's really important here...
"I can tell that from how beautiful this room is..." She interrupted me and I rolled my eyes as she looked around wistfully. "Everything's so...Pink, and colorful. How does someone live like this constantly?"
...Anyways, Thria will love how bright you are, and please don't worry when you find out who she and her father are. I have to go and maybe destroy a planet now, but I'll be back as soon as I can. I felt bad about it, but there really wasn't anything else I could do if she wanted to get her friend back and safe. I didn't even know if a Lich would even keep someone alive over just turning them and pretending they're alive, but maybe I'll get lucky this time.
I (Spatial Warp)ed back to where I came from last: right in-front of the gate leading to the other necron-like world, and stepped back into it before immediately shooting off towards the center of the city where I assumed the Overlord was staying at. I mean, it had a giant battery in the center of a gigantic city, and there wasn't really anywhere else I'd imagine someone like that putting a throne of theirs but either in the middle of everything or deep underground like I'd found their Phylactery located.
It seemed that I was smart in having us leave so soon because it looks like they made a good portion of their entire army reroute to go and protect the gate out.
Heh. You're too late there. I already saved the princess and now I'm coming back to slay her captor...maybe.
That reminds me, I hadn't actually

Huh. I guess fighting against an Undead Necromancer isn't good for gaining Soul Points due to the fact they own that beings Soul already and I guess the System won't let me steal it back...Though, if I did Kill him does that mean that I would get a shit-tonne of Soul Points due to how many Undead are under the Lich's control?
Now this was something that made me eager to try.
Notice: You still have one Pending World Quest that would allow for further growth to accept it.
Yeah, but there's also the downside of the things that I wouldn't be able to kill giving me a ten-percent decrease in total stats for how long was it?
Answer: 2 Home-World Months
Yeah. And that's Sixty whole days longer, and Ten Percent more stats, Per Target, that I don't need to lose if I just leave it alone.
Query: If User plans on terminating Rasaor Hel'ell, the Level 433 Dark Lich King in the short future, regardless of what information he gives you, wouldn't accepting the quest and gaining 2/3 of the rewards for Targets Exterminated be better than leaving the Quest alone?
Not really. I don't want to be 10% Weaker regardless of what happens or does not happen. You said two of the three targets fall under Mr. Undead Guy's control, why doesn't the third too?
Notice: Third World Quest Target does not fall under Dark Lich King, Rasaor Hel'ell's control. They are a separate entity entirely.
And how is it I would find them if I did accept the Quest? It's not like they're on the same world as the Undead Guy is...right?
Statement: 2 of the World Quest's targets currently reside within Present World, the other inhabits the Previous Home World's near area.
The only target on the other world is whatever source it was that was ringing so many alarm bells in my head, and I'd only known that the Undead Lich guy was the other target that I knew about, so what was the third one?
You going to help me out a little and answer that Voice?
...
No? Fine. You're just giving me yet another reason why I shouldn't accept the Quest.
Is the System out to try and intentionally Nerf me or something because I stomped over your pride as this and my Home World's main overlord because I got chosen by The World itself and cut off from your direct influence?
...
Yeah. I thought so...
I noticed that I was pretty much right over the center of the city at this point: I wasn't really in any sort of rush like I was last time, so it took me longer to get here than I thought it would, but based on how the Voice is being I could only assume that it wanted me to fail, or at least partially for some stupid reason, and I wasn't having it.
I'd wanted to ask why I got Ten Levels from the World Quest as well when it wasn't listed in the Rewards, but now that I'd had that one-sided conversation I didn't want it's opinion on anything again for a while. It would be nice if I had a Skill that told me where strong people and creatures were other than having to use (Spy) on them once I actually saw them, but whatever. I would find what I was looking for regardless of whether I knew where the strongest person here was or not.
Then again...I did literally hold this guy's life in my paws, so I could make it so that they had to come to me if they wanted to get what they'd lost back. I glided over the gigantic power-plant looking down at the surface while I thought to myself, and just as I was about to turn off and do just that, regardless of whether they came at me with everything they had or not, I noticed something:
Down below, right in the middle of the gigantic power generator, there was a kind of hole cut out of the roof and I could see what looked like a throne and a skeleton person sitting on a throne made of heads beyond the glass dome covering it. Why did people do that with places of obvious importance? I mean I get that this place would be hard to reach, impossible even, but why do others of such importance in big buildings like this one have gigantic windows at important places of rest, or a shit ton of them regardless just to let in light?
Like, I get that it's a show of power, confidence in their security, and so that they don't get depressed or something being stuck in a natural light-less room for long periods of time, but isn't it dangerously exploitable like I'm about to do now?
I phased myself through the Glass like I used to do before (Incorporeality)'s Evolution into (Planar Shifting) and landed on the ground before the Skeleton man studying the map before him intently despite lacking eyes.
Oh, yeah I should probably accept those World Quest Rewards before this:

Well then, I was building up an influx of Stat Points without having gotten the chance to actually use them again. I shook my head of my slight annoyance and decided to focus on the task before me: this guy was looking at a map with several little pieces spread out all over but he wasn't actually doing anything with them.
I walked over and hopped ou slightly to put my forepaws on the edge of the table so that I could study the desk too and he seemed to be trying to make a game-plan on how to best take down Forge, but all his pieces were kinda in one place and based on what I knew of the monsters outside several of these were ghost or spirit type-Undead and they would just get obliterated by Magic spells before they even got the chance to get close.
I decided to humor this guy a little before I threatened his life, so I did the same thing as I did before when exploring around: made my head visible and placed the rest of my body in the Second Layer along with letting it return to (Invisibility) once the process has completed, but for my sake I kept just the very bottom of my Paw-pads int he First Layer as I would've slipped through the table otherwise and that wouldn't have been very intimidating.
This is a really cool map I admitted and I got the impression that he wasn't very appreciative of that.
"Like a pitiful being such as yourself could hope to comprehend the scale at which my operations are..." The Lich boasted, and I just humored him.
I mean it you know. But instead of having only one flanking element you could've split the Calvary into two, come at both sides, and used the spirit creatures to go underneath the walls to come from the sewers and cause chaos before the real battle even began. This clearly caught his interest as he lent forward to look at the map himself. I continued as he studied it a little harder, seemingly, You're pretty much trying to use spectral beings to brute force their way amongst the front lines of an army that's going to be pretty much Magically Nuked to oblivion before they even got close to the city.
"What's a Magical Nuke?" he inquired finally looking up and he finally noticed what I actually was. The Undead skeleton man before me froze with fear as he noticed me, and I could see that while he didn't actually have eyes he did have little ember-like sources of Crimson light in the center of his empty eye-sockets.
I smiled in greeting and got right to the point, I have your soul, and a few questions...
