Sc'the is a Dragon, who wouldn't want to be one?! But he's not a normal dragon that people often read about. There was no dungeon for him to wake up endangered by, there was no siblings to bug him, and there certainly wasn't just a strange screen showing what he'd become.
There was a Voice too.
Oh, but this is Sc'the's second life, and going from a human kid that was starting to give up on life, to becoming one of the most important beings of an entire planet is certainly a shocking twist of fate.
Good story, rather cliche at times, grammar is good.
In my humble opinion this story has potential to be great, but is held back by a (sometimes) featureless main character and cliche story beats that you can see coming from a mile away.
I will also point out that all secondary stories inside this novel are at best not doing anything to further the plot and at worst just annoying.
If you liked watching/reading the reincarnated spider girl anime/manga/LN you'll probably like reading this novel.
