(TLDR Version: I gave myself a heart attack due to numbers because I thought I was about to be making Sc'the even more OP than he already is...)
So a quick little Note here before the story starts. I was thinking that I'd go insane and have to nerf the numbers a bit because getting a million Souls worth of Points seemed like it would put it at the Hundred of thousands worth of Points, but when I ran the numbers for how Points actually are valued at according to how the system works based on how much higher the creature is compared to them MC it ended up that it only amounted to another 41000 Extra Points gained from the Million souls...I know, 1000000 to 41000 is a crazy reduction, but I was thinking it would be 1000000 to 100000(3) or so and that would be just ridiculous from where Sc'the currently stands in his Tier...

Sc'the looked at the long list in his mind in shock. That was a long list of things that happened, and Souls that he'd acquired, and it turned out giving him another Forty-Thousand more Points on top of the other thirty or so Thousand that he got just by leveling so much. It was crazy that he'd gotten almost Ninety Levels from that period, and it was doubled solely because he'd killed a being an entire Tier above himself, once again.
So now he was already over Level 200 and he had almost Nine times the amount of points that he'd had when he'd reached Level 100 before Evolving. Sc'the wondered how the scaling system that The System itself--or maybe it was The World's doing(?)--had in regards to how strong a being got as they grew in Level according to the System itself. Sc'the figured that it was something that wasn't going to be answered to him until a certain period, as the Voice didn't speak up then so this was probably one of those things that it couldn't share with him.
Though Sc'the did wonder how many Points he could distribute safely with both his Pain Immunity and the fact that he only had three total Stats he had to split things between...
Notice: User can distribute All Free Points with Pain Immunity Active, but doing so is ill advised as it will cause the body great shock and User may not be able to recover within a reasonable amount of time given...current events.
What? What does that mean? Sc'the looked at the Notice greatly confused. Did that mean something important was going to happen soon? Involving me...?
...
Sc'the looked at the Notice seeing that there wasn't any further response, so he just asked the next question he had in regards to the topic then. Okay then, keep it to yourself I guess. If I can't use all of my stats now without something bad happening then how many can I use without impacting my body too greatly?
Notice: User may use up to 25000 Free Points now without severe consequences.
Okay then, Sc'the looked at the 76000 Points that he had and guessed that that was about a third of his total. Hopefully this was just a per-day restriction and not something longer as seeing the last 50000 Free Points that he had just sitting there without being able to be touched for even a week would be extremely annoying. Sc'the looked at what his current stats were and winced a little; Sure, there were two that were about to hit the five-digit mark, being Constitution and Strength, but Dexterity was really lagging behind them both and that was something that Sc'the wasn't too keen on keeping that way.
He put 10000 immediately towards Constitution and Dexterity, and braced himself for the pain...and nothing happened. He could feel his heart becoming stronger, as well as his blood felt like it was a bit more powerful than before, spreading from his heart to his blood vessels and on to make his bones, muscles, and skin stronger, but nothing else really happened after that. It didn't even seem like putting so many Points into Dexterity had even done anything to improve his body at all but Sc'the guessed that it was probably over-shadowed by the changes to his physical form via Constitution and with how far behind Dexterity was already...it made sense actually.
Next he decided to slowly put a Thousand Points into Strength and he kept on doing that until it reached a level just above that of his Constitution, and he put the last two-thousand Points into Dexterity, bringing it up to a level just under his Constitution Stat rather then almost halfway below like it had been. So now his stats looked a lot more balanced than they had before, and Sc'the looked at them with an approving hum at the back of his mind.

Sc'the looked at high his Health was valued at now: At just over a quarter of a million, and it made him feel almost invincible knowing that not only was he hard to capture, but he was also getting to be extremely hard to kill as well....If only he knew what his regeneration rate was, with Skills or natural healing, as he didn't actually have any Skills like that...something Sc'the made a mental note to ask about later when he got the chance.
With all of that done he turned around to go to the Portal that lead here and when he jumped to launch himself into the air he accidentally ended up mis-timing his Phasing ability and slammed full force through the glass ceiling tumbling through the air for a few blinks before righting himself in the air and looking down at the crumbling glass with a wince.
Oops...He thought as he shot towards where the portal leading out of here was.
----------------------------------------------
Back on Aerethelia, right at the moment Sc'the had dropped her off and went back to the necron-world to take care of the Lich, Aurora blinked as she looked at the place the (Young) Dragon had been. He'd apologized for it, sure, but that didn't meant that she wasn't comfortable with where he'd left her not only confused but completely lost on what to do next.
Aurora decided that it was better is she just kept away from anything that looked pretty as she didn't want to ruin any of the amazing things that this room had; unfortunately, that meant pretty much everything interesting or cool that she wanted to grab and study she had to stay away from until she could clean herself...wait, she had a Skill just for that purpose.
Aurora nearly slapped herself with her tail, she can't believe that she'd forgotten, but she restrained herself from doing so until after she'd used (Perfection) on herself a few times, just to make sure that she got every spec of dirt and ash that she'd unfortunately have to dim her bright, shining white scales with.
She had to use the Skill a few times more than she intended to due to the fact that she couldn't get the feeling of the earth being stuck in-between her pads and scales out of her head, but by the fifth time using the Skill she was sure that everything had been cleared away and now she was left in an incredibly beautiful room, shining like the beacon of light that she was.
At the moment she was about to go over and grab a pretty, embroidered pillow to see if there was a way she could re-create it without having to tear apart the beautiful piece of art, the door opened. A little human-like girl with what looked like Cat-Ears on her head and a similar Black tail swaying behind her walked into the room. They both froze, just looking at the other in a mixture of shock and joy, and suddenly the human girl squealed and launched herself at the Pretty dragoness before her.
"Mr. Fluffy brought me another friend!" Thria screamed joyfully and Aurora just stood there confused as to why this human-like child was hugging her like a lost friend. Even though she didn't understand what the human had said Aurora could tell that, for some reason, this Human didn't hold any ill will toward her...actually, it was quite the opposite. Her adoration towards her was so strong that it practically rolled off of this Human's expression in waves.
Aurora had gotten pretty good at being able to read other being's body language, and this ones wasn't at all threatening or angry in any way. She didn't actually know if this being had really been truly mad at all actually, by how peppy their step was and how comforting their hug was, but she soon realized something...This human didn't have a scent.
That wasn't possible. Not only was she too young to have really gotten strong enough to have acquired such a Skill, the (Young) Dragon that had saved her aside--as his lack of having a scent was due to his race--but she also didn't seem like she was the kind of being that really fought monsters very often, if at all judging by where she was.
Aurora pulled herself out of the hug and Thria did nothing to stop her or otherwise hold on, but she did stand before the (Young) Dragoness with slight hops in time with her excitement. "I don't think you can understand me, but that's okay. I just have to tell father about this: another Dragon, and you're a 'her' too aren't you?" She seemed to be rambling about something but Aurora didn't really have the ability to stop her, so she just stood there slightly uncomfortable as Thria rambled on. "You're scent is different from Mr. Fluffy's, and I think that I can do something that will better help you understand me, but I don't want to get in trouble with father..."
Aurora tilted her head as the mood of the Human before her dwindled a bit, and sensing that she couldn't help but lean in closer to her. Thria's head and her snout meeting and the Human's mood seemed to improve again when she did so. "It's okay. Father might get a little mad at me when he sees what I've been practicing, but it shouldn't be too bad..."
Then she did something that Aurora had never, ever seen another being do: Thria's body seemed to change; First, her body seemed to shrink a little before adapting a quadrupedal stance and the rest of her shifted silently as her bones shrunk and shifted in turn with how her ability reacted to her wishes. Then she started to grow as her feet turned into paws, her head shifted into a more reptilian anatomy as her spine extended to grow a tail, and scales that looked like the color of diamonds started to grow along the length of her entire body.
When it was done a Dragoness smaller than even Sc'the stood before her looking at herself for a moment before jumping up in glee, "It worked! I can't believe it worked. I'm actually a Dragon now. Yay! Now I can go with--"
"I-I can understand you now." Aurora couldn't help but show how bewildered she was. Not only had this being had a human Appearance with Cat-like features, but they'd somehow turned into a Dragon not unlike her, wingless and all, and now she could speak their language too.
"Huh? Oh I can understand you too now! This is amazing!" Thria bounced around the room, quite literally, with her body floating through the air as if it were made of air. Her scales made an incredibly soothing sound as they shifted along with her movements and Thria ended up stopping in front of Aurora again grabbing her talon and tugging her along. "Come on, I need to show father, and he needs to see you too!" Her excitement was certainly contagious, and Aurora couldn't help but smile upon seeing the innocence before her as she happily dragged the older Dragoness behind her with a paw in her own.
The two of them jogged the entire way to Thria's father's study and Aurora stopped a short distance from the doorway as she felt the most oppressive aura she'd ever experienced coming from just beyond the doorway. Thria didn't seem to feel it as she nonchalantly pranced her way over to the door and nosed it open so they both could enter. "Daddy! Daddy look! I've got another friend!" She roared into the room and Sarvacious looked up from his desk, his heart dropping to his stomach at what he saw. "I found her in my room! I think that Mr. Fluffy left her here for me to find. I don't know if he's going to come back too, but I just had to come and show her to you."
He looked at the duo of Dragonesses before him wondering if his eyesight was finally giving out on him after all these years of staring at boring old documents and problems...but he recovered quickly and realized that the one that looked like they had Mountain Air Magic Crystal Scales was actually his daughter, Thria, but the blindingly white one was new.
"I see my sweet daughter brought a friend." Aurora could tell that the guy was doing everything he could to keep himself retrained as to not show her, the guest and new arrival, that he was freaking out internally, but the slight curling of his lips and the rigidity of his posture gave it away. "Could you humble this uninformed Emperor by telling me of what you're called?"
Aurora looked at him with a curious tilt of her head, and then she looked at Thria, who was studying herself intently and she had to actually tap the other Pseudo-Drake to get her attention, "Huh? What?" Thria looked around a moment and then at Aurora before looking away out of slight embarrassment. "Um, sorry, what did he say?"
"I don't know? I can't understand Human speech." Aurora answered and Thria looked at her puzzled for a moment before the light of understanding appeared in her eyes.
"Oh, right. Sorry, I'll ask what he asked again." She said and then said something in human tongue that Aurora didn't understand, "What did you say Father? I'm sorry, I missed it."
Sarvacious sighed, his daughter was such an air-head sometimes. Seeing that her current form had adapted the Element of Air added to his amusement of their situation slightly. "I asked if she would share her name with us, but it appears that she cannot understand..."
"OH YEAH!! How could I forget to ask!" Thria exclaimed, turning to the other Dragoness and asking her something in a language that sounded like a mix of growls, rumbling, and an unknown extra addition to the language: Body language maybe?
"I'm so sorry, I just met you and dragged you off somewhere without even asking what your name was..." Thria bowed her head in apology and Aurora chortled a little in amusement.
"It's fine. Really." She replied, "My name is Aurora."
"Aurora..." Thria seemed to taste the name with her tongue as she said it, "That's a really pretty name Aurora."
"Thank you..."
Thria turned back to her father and told him, "Her name is Aurora," but before he was able to ask anything else a horn sounded from the northern wall's warning, and then another sounded, and another. Until the entire city was ablaze with the sound of War-horns blasting to alert the populace of incoming danger.
The Emperor immediately stood, abandoning the papers he'd been working on in favor of getting the news from his Guard. All four of them arrived before him with Rodin bowing lower than the others in apology.
"I sincerely apologize, your Greatness, but I was unable to come back and warn you in advance of their arrival." He bowed slightly lower in his kneel but The Emperor waved it off.
"W-what's happening?" Aurora asked, scared of the new situation that was happening before her and Thria seemed to be listening to the group conversate for a while before turning to look at Aurora with wide eyes.
"The Dragon Empire is here..."
"What?" Aurora asked, "How can you be sure? How many from home are there?"
Thria's father asked the same question and the room was silent for a few breaths as the Guards hesitated to answer.
"The Entire Dragon Empire is here"
