In short it is possible for a level 1 high elf to be much stronger than an elf at level 10

The class system was considered to be the key elements of character customization. Counting the advanced classes, as well as the based classes, there were more than 500 classes that players could choose from.

Supposed one had an alchemist and an apothecary job classes then the experience gained in making portions would be lower compared to doing it with only one job

She has so many mage related classes that levelling up is a struggle for her 

This is a trashy character which requires thrice the amount of experience to level up
