He catches the four stones in his hands and starts to think of executing sharpening on the toothbrush.

The toothbrush starts to change infront of my very eyes as it transfroms from a grinded toothbrush in the form of a pick into a sharper material just by mere visual inspection.

Marvelling at the sharpness of his new psuedo toothbrush dagger, He keeps the lock in his pocket just in case it might be useful like the toothbrush and pushes the door as slowly and gently as possible

Damn, why did it make such a huge noise,
Peeking out of the edge of the door to see a dark and empty hallway, He presses his ear against the ground and hears for any vibration while simultaneously looking out for any torch lights approaching his way.

He glides along the gap between the door and the wall and closes the door behind him.
Footsteps resound across the hallway as he walks.
Without any light, He has overclocks his brain as his eyes rapidly try to adjust to the darkness,
Just as a precaution he keeps a hand on a wall to his right at all times to sense any door or other path that might come across his way.
While occasionally kicking the dirt on the ground to the left to search for any change of sound when the stones hit the wall or in case of another door, Since the sound of small pebbles hitting the walls would attract attention he would kick it with the lightest strength he could muster, just enough for him to hear and not cause any attraction.
In the absence of any sound, he searches for any path to his left. At the same time, He makes a mental map so as to not to get lost and go around in circles to the best of his ability and squints his eyes to see even the faintest presence there may be in my way.
