This chapter won't be like normal chapters i write, i have written this chapter to explain things about the system and the world so there is less confusion, so if the chapter seems short please bear with me

First of all, the NPC's what are they, and why are they here? Well we all know that NPC's are Non Player Characters, the NPC's have basically the same system as the players except for that they don't recieve quests or know that they are in a ''game'' for example, the system notifications, they know they exist but get different messages than players. As for the matter of why NPC's exist? Who knows? Oh wait... I do

Secondly, the races why do racial skills exist, and why can others from different races get them? Well Racial skills aren't limited to 1 race, for example the racial skill: [Aptitude for magic] can be obtained by people through hard work, or some people are just born with it, Racial skills can be better described as personal skills, for additional info: Some people are born with these skills such humans talented in magic from the day they were born. the same applies to players, it's basically up to the RNG gods if you get Racial skills or not. Our boy Drake is pretty lucky since he did not get 1 but 2! Racial skills

Thirdly, will there be time skips? Yes, my novel might seem more inclined at the mmo aspect of a game, but the whole inspiration for this novel was to combine the aspects of an mmo and a civilization sim, so there might not be any skips now, but be prepared to have them in the future, and even so you guys all know what happens at the end of a civilization sim right? But im planning to go beyond your expectations! So i hope you guys will enjoy what i have in store for you

Furthermore, what is the system and why was it created? Im not going to answer that since it would be a spoiler... ,However i can say one thing, the story is deeper than you think!

To continue, what about higher beings, and can players become one? Well to explain this i first need to explain what higher beings are, they are people of races which have evolved, and have become stronger than anyone, there are of course natural born higher races such as Dragons, but even Dragons have a hierarchy, and the higher beings stand at the top(Think of Primordial Dragons). of course the gods are the strongest but not even they have reached the apex of all. The only 1 who stands at the top is the Creator, Orion. Can players become higher beings? Oh yes thats possible its even possible for them to become gods if they wanted to

Furthermore, system upgrades: As we all know the system updates itselfs, but what people might not know is that it only upgrades itselfs when either the player inquires about something that should be added ,or when the NPC's or players do something significant to the world for example: the beginning of the industrial era

In the future i will make another chapter which explains things like higher beings and evolutions, or even race changes in greater detail. I hope this chapter clears up some confusion in the novel, and if there is anything you want to ask about feel free to comment.
