Description:

The Sentinel is one of the general Path of Armor-type Warrior-line classes, along with the Sentry class and Bouncer class. They all are valuable "tanks", as Migrants call them. This is because they, along with the other Path of Armor classes, have a focus on attracting the enemy's attacks towards themselves while protecting their allies.

Sentinel's focus as a Path of Armor class is simple: defend. It has a sole focus on improving the defensive abilities of its user and making them survive even the worst of onslaughts. The downside is that they are a little weak in the "hate control" department, but with enough training, they can overcome this weakness.

Skills:

  • [Defense Aura]: An active skill that creates an aura around the user that acts as a scapegoat for any damage the user would have taken. 
  • [Lookout]: A perception skill that assists the Sentinel in spotting people that has hostile intentions.
  • [Parry]: A battle art-type skill that grants arts related to parrying. Can be used with most weapons, even bare-handed. 
  • [Cover Move]: An active skill that allows the Sentinel to quickly move to an ally's location so they can defend them from attacks. They take more damage for a short amount of time after using this skill. 
  • [Danger Sense]: A perception skill that warns the user when danger closes in. It does not tell what the danger is, nor how big it is.
  • [Heavy Stance]: An active skill that increases the Sentinel's weight and reduces the chance for them to be affected by a knockback effect. Useful for blocking heavier hits.
  • [Stalwart]: A passive skill that improves one's defensive abilities each time the user blocks an attack. 
  • [Defense Reinforcement]: A passive skill that improves the Sentinel's usage of defensive skills. A defensive version of the [Weapon Reinforcement] skill given by the Path of Weapons Warrior-line classes.
