I opened my eyes to see a woman dressed with all sorts of clothing. 

"your already awake huh don't move or it'll hurt." 

She immediately said that as she realize that I will attempt to move if she were not to warn me. 

I asked her "is this real?" she just replied "Yes." 

I came to a conclusion that this is all real and not a dream I could make the people here who I don't know enemy or ally it is all the same I'm different from them. 

As I still stayed there I heard a whistle then hearing many men Yelling, Those sounds of destruction started again and it is now away from us. 

The woman earlier are now tending other men dressed like me. 

Little by little the hell he know earlier was now like a sickbay...
