Yue was glad that his stay at the temple was short, it would’ve been embarrassing to bring the gifts back with him. The gifts weren’t ready yet so he left early in the morning without them after spending two days at the temple. They begged him to come back before the engagement party to receive the gifts and Yue was hesitant but he agreed.

He was going to go straight to the teleport pad after changing with his usual method (going into an inn buying a room and deserting it after changing) but he caught a glimpse of a store that sold Hanfu.

The Hanfu he ordered to be made for Viktor would take a while to be made but he was very anxious to see Viktor in a Hanfu. He doubted that he’d see something that fit Viktor but he walked inside anyway.

“Are you looking for something in particular, little Miss? The shopkeeper asked, he and his wife were sitting up front near lots of different fabrics.

“I’m trying to get a Hanfu for my Fiancé but he’s quite tall…” Yue murmured, looking around the shop.

“We probably have something that could fit him, I am quite tall myself.” The shopkeeper said and stood up for Yue to see. Yue was surprised and cheerfully smiled.

“You’re almost his height!” Yue exclaimed.

The shopkeeper was shocked that Yue’s fiance was taller than him. He led Yue to the area with the Hanfu that would fit him and watched him carefully as Yue pondered over which one to choose.

Yue looked over them carefully and he honestly couldn’t choose for a while but he caught a glance of a simple blue and white Hanfu and grinned. Those were Viktor’s signature colors.

“Classic is best,” Yue murmured and bought the Hanfu quickly before heading off to the teleport hub.

The first thing Yue did when he returned to Academy city was go to the Ivanov manor. He was too excited to see Viktor in a Hanfu.

“You’re bac— your hair is back to normal?” Viktor was already happy to see him as Yue skipped into his office but he was even happier to see that his hair was back to its usual color. It felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders.

Yue didn’t even comment on that, he just quickly pulled the Hanfu out of his storage gem and passed it to Viktor.

“You said you’d wear it for me.” Yue grinned.

“Straight to the point Huh. Not even a hello?” Viktor chuckled and took the Hanfu from Yue.

“Hehe Hi~,” Yue said and kissed Viktor’s cheek.

“This isn’t the one I wanted to give you but that one is being made right now and I just couldn’t wait so…” Yue said and hugged Viktor’s waist.

“Well, the suit I had made for you is done,” Viktor said and walked with Yue to his bedroom. When he entered the room he immediately went toward the closet and pulled out a clothes hanger with a white suit with light blue accents.

“I still don’t know why you want to see me in this. It’s nothing new…” Yue murmured and walked up to Viktor, taking the suit and examining it with a slight smile. He was still happy to have his own suit but he definitely didn’t understand why Viktor wanted to see him in it.

“You change into that and I’ll change into this.” Viktor just chuckled and walked toward the bathroom.

“Huh? What if you need help?” Yue asked, a bit confused.

“I’ll be fine! I studied.” Viktor said before entering the bathroom.

“Studied?” Yue murmured with a raised eyebrow before getting behind the partition in the room to change.

Yue finished getting changed pretty quickly because he knew what he was doing. He left the partition and looked at himself in the mirror for a while, he did look a little different than he usually looked in his expedition uniform but it really wasn’t that different in his opinion.

He started messing around with his hair a little as he waited for Viktor. He pulled it into a low ponytail so it looked like he had short hair and anxiously waited for Viktor to come out.

“Do you need help~?” Yue sang from outside the bathroom door.

“No~.” Viktor sang back, “I’m almost done.”

Yue was only more anxious after hearing that. He sat down for a second and then jumped right back up when the door opened.

Yue immediately felt like he’d made a mistake. He had unknowingly created a monster.

“You look very handsome,” Viktor said with a smile, cupping Yue’s cheek with his hand as he looked over Yue’s body.

Yue wanted to respond but the words just wouldn’t come out.

Viktor looked so handsome in his Hanfu that Yue almost couldn’t believe it. He had braced himself after seeing the prophecy of Viktor in the Hanfu he ordered to be made for him but he definitely hadn’t prepared enough. He could clearly see where the situation was headed.

“Do I look good? Is that why you’re drooling over me?” Viktor smirked, closing the distance between them a little more.

Yue quickly wiped his lips with his sleeve, his cheeks turning bright red. He found that he wasn’t drooling at all and he felt a little dumb for believing Viktor’s teasing words.

“I-I’m not drooling!…. But Y-You do look very good…” Yue said and backed away a little to stare some more, “It…. suits you.”

“I’m glad it does,” Viktor whispered and pulled Yue along as he sat down on the sofa in the room. He sat Yue down on his lap and smiled as he watched Yue’s expression change. At first, he was fine, he was still flustered but he was fine. And then he felt it.

“What if the suit gets wrinkled?” Yue murmured, he had figured out Viktor’s intentions.

“That’s nothing Anya can’t fix,” Viktor smiled and kissed Yue’s neck.

Yue sighed a little and glanced at Viktor with an embarrassed look before fully turning around to kiss him.

“Y’know this wasn’t my original intention,” Yue mumbled, starting to remove his tie.

Viktor chuckled, “It was…on my mind to say the least.” He started to slip Yue’s blazer off while kissing down Yue’s jaw and neck.

Yue rolled his eyes playfully and switched from undressing himself to undressing Viktor. He stopped and shuddered a little when Viktor untucked his dress shirt and slipped his hands inside.

“Your hands are always cold…” Yue whined and loosened the sash of Viktor’s Hanfu.

“You should be used to it by now.” Viktor laughed and pushed Yue’s shirt up, not bothering with unbuttoning it. He leaned in and started kissing all over Yue’s chest and abdomen. Yue whined a little about how it was hard to undress him if he leaned down like that. Viktor just brushed it off.

“Just wait a little..” He whispered, taking his time to kiss, lick and bite Yue as he pleased.

Yue forced him to pull away after a bit, “Stop leaving marks already.” He scolded and started stripping the top layers of Viktor’s hanfu. He gulped a little as he reached to open Viktor’s Hanfu. Viktor quietly snickered as he watched Yue’s face turn red.

“Come on, don’t be shy. You’ve already seen this before.” Viktor chuckled and grabbed Yue’s hand and made him open the Hanfu fully.

Yue blushed and glanced down at Viktor’s now exposed erection before looking away. Viktor was going to tease him some more about how shy he was being but Yue started to stroke him.

Viktor chuckled, reaching down to unbutton Yue’s pants. He moved them even closer together and moved his hand in unison with Yue’s.

“I-It’s going to get on my clothes!” Yue exclaimed worriedly. He tried to unbutton his shirt with one hand while still stroking Viktor but he was struggling. Viktor wanted to just let it happen but Yue was starting to get distracted by his shirt so he decided to help him out by using some magic to unbutton and remove Yue’s dress shirt.

“Now focus,” Viktor whispered and kissed Yue’s neck.

Yue hunched over, resting his head on Viktor’s shoulder as he moaned.

“C-Can you….” Yue started, he was going to request for Viktor to touch him elsewhere but he then decided that it was too embarrassing to say that out loud.

Viktor chuckled a little as he watched Yue hide his face. He did what he assumed Yue was asking for. He lifted Yue up a little to slip his pants off more easily.

Yue was embarrassed that Viktor knew without him saying it. He shivered a little as he felt Viktor’s hands groping his behind, and he moaned and hid his face a little more. He tried to focus on his hands but he would freeze every once in a while as Viktor loosened him.

“You can stop there,” Viktor said and moved Yue’s hands away. He lifted Yue up again and kissed him as he slipped himself inside of him. Yue moaned into their kiss and wrapped his arms around Viktor’s neck.

Yue only remembered that they were on the sofa when Viktor moved him so he was laying on it.

“V-Vik--We’re on the so--!” Yue exclaimed, he was worried about getting the sofa dirty. Viktor just kissed him on the cheek with a little grin.

“It’ll be fine, my love,” Viktor whispered, chuckling a little as he watched Yue’s face.

“Yue, are you angry with me?” Viktor asked as he watched Yue pout and use magic to clean up the sofa. They had switched to the bed after a while so Yue sat there, looking embarrassed as he faced away from the sofa.

“...No,” Yue mumbled still pouting.

“How was your trip?” Viktor asked, cuddling with Yue after Yue judged that the sofa was clean.

“...I got my hair back to normal by using something in my treasury. And I managed to tell the followers about our engagement,” Yue murmured.

“How did they react?” Viktor asked with a raised eyebrow.

“They were shocked.” Yue chuckled.

“Hmmm...Did they not mention a dowry?” Viktor asked, smirking a little when Yue flinched.

“H-How do you know about that..?” Yue asked.

“You can attribute that to both Anya and your dear fried Mai,” Viktor said and grinned.

Yue whined quietly and pouted, “They did say they wanted to set it up... But I limited them to only a few things and not the full dowry set.”

Yue was now a little worried that the followers would gift something embarrassing now. If Viktor knew what it all meant then he was going to be even more embarrassed.

“Why? Are you embarrassed?” Viktor asked.

“Yes. They don’t even know about my disguise and they immediately jumped to the idea of building a dowry, of course, I’m embarrassed-- Don’t laugh!” Yue whined and nudged Viktor.

“Sorry sorry! I love you.” Viktor chuckled as he hugged Yue.

“Do you wanna take a bath together?” Viktor asked after he and Yue lazed around on the bed together. Yue looked at him with a look that clearly said ‘are you serious?’.

“I’m asking a completely innocent question. With no other intention.” Viktor said, pouting at Yue’s expression. Yue still looked at him with a suspicious expression.

“I won’t do anything. I swear on my honor.”

The ‘since when do you care about honor’ look was up next.

“Okay, I won’t swear, I’ll just promise you,” Viktor said and sighed dramatically.

“Fine.” Yue giggled.

“I wish graduation would come sooner,” Viktor murmured as he sat in the bath. Yue sat in his embrace with his back to Viktor’s chest. He was sleepily sitting there and listening to Viktor.

“Mhmm.” Yue hummed.

“...I wish our wedding would come sooner.” Viktor continued.

Yue giggled a little at that and kissed Viktor’s hand, “We haven’t even talked about when it’ll be Vik.”

“I know but I have a feeling it’s still very very far from now.” Viktor sighed and kissed Yue’s hand in return.

“Who knows…” Yue murmured.

“Are you tired?” Viktor asked as he felt Yue sliding down a little. Yue just nodded a little and loosely held on to Viktor’s arm to keep himself up.

“You can just go to sleep, I’ll get you to bed,” Viktor whispered.

“Okay..” Yue murmured and kissed Viktor on the cheek before using his shoulder as a pillow.

“Do you feel sick?” Anya asked worriedly as she saw Viktor getting a cup of water and some painkillers late in the evening, “Oh, Is it for Miss Yue?”

“No, it’s for me,” Viktor said with an apologetic smile. Anya’s face twisted with worry.

“Is it a headache or is it something more? Do you need anything else?” She asked.

“It’s just a headache. I think I’ll be fine...If Yue wakes up tell him I’m working in my office. I don’t want something to happen again like last time..” Viktor murmured.

“Alright,” Anya said with an awry smile similar to the one Viktor was giving her.
