As a psychiatrist Lu Henry didn't want to face what his eyes were telling his head, to the rational part of his mind, the term psychosis or schizophrenia rang a loud bell in his head.

"My mind isn't  broken, I refuse to believe that I'm like my patients. The car accident must have shocked me so much that my eyes are starting to play tricks on me. This man is trying to mess with my head, there is no other explanation other than that!"

Lu Henry closed his eyes to block off the stimulation around him, his heightened sense felt raw from the trauma he just went through.

"You really do think that shutting your eyes is going to magically undo what has happened? What a foolish human!"

The Death God angrily walked away, he couldn't spare the defiant human a second of his time. With a snap of his finger, Alerik began to reverse the flow of time, his magical power permeating the highway turned the wreckage to their original form.
