Exhausted Tela fell on her knees on the same spot,

 

Looking at my sister who has visibly malnourished and tired state, I sighed,

 

"Just a few more minutes Tela, we'll find the magic forest and we'll never have to worry about anything," I said with an enthusiastic expression,

 

But honestly, I am not optimistic about this whole idea and I don't have the heart to tell her that I might be wrong,

 

I looked towards the path we came where trials of smoke can be seen,

 

That was where our home was, at least until our mom died,

 

After that dad married another woman saying that she'll take care of us but all she does is make us work every day to do chores and beats us if we disobey, she feeds us barely enough food like we were animals or something,

 

My little sister should have plum cheeks, but because of her cheeks are now slightly hollow,

 

Dad stopped caring about us even before mom died,

 

It's not like they'll care about us anyway, I bet they'll be happy now that we're gone,

 

That's why we decided to run away from that hell, I heard an old man say about some magic forest where you get some weird spicy bread and has enough fruit and honey that you can eat for life,

 

My thoughts interrupted by sudden movements, "let's go" its Tela finally stood up,

 

"Mmmmm" nodding for that I started trudging holding her hands,

 

*Leaves rustling*

 

"Stupid bushes" our path was hindered by snow-covered large bushes, large enough that we couldn't see the other side of the thicket,

 

*Gasp*    "Woah",

 

Finally, we got out of it but once we are free from the bushes, we felt weird,

 

"We are here!" Tela exclaimed,

 

The snow forests suddenly disappeared and we found ourselves in a strange tropical forest, The previous white hell and spruce green changed into beautiful lime green scenery, Every tree or plant that grows around here is bearing some type of fruit makes this place colorful, 'Thank God' I thought they were just rumors but turns out it was true, our eyes darted towards the nearest blueberry bush, Our Favorite, 

 

*Snowball shattering* *Freezing sounds*

 

Just when Tela was about to grab them something hit the berry bush and they froze instantly and broke down,

 

Turning to the direction where it came from I saw a Skeleton, a live one, standing on its own spookily, moving its bones like it is still alive,

 

It raised its hands towards Tela and something started to form,

 

I immediately pulled the dazed Tela and started running,

 

*leaves ruffles* *Snowball Hits* *Ice forming*

 

With my heart pounding like crazy and my sister's screeching screams, We ran through the bushes with whatever strength we could muster,

 

While running I saw a big house at a distance, I didn't make out the details but I know that's our only way to safety,

 

Finally, we reached near the house, I immediately tried to open the door but it was locked,

 

"No no no! Just open" while I was panicking Tela started screaming "We are gonna Die" adding to my frustration,

 

"No one's going to Die! and sorry about earlier" Suddenly a sweet voice came from behind, I slowly turned around to see the source of the voice,

 

We slowly turned towards the owner of the voice,

 

The skeleton was nowhere within the sight, It was a woman who stood there,

 

Well anyone could tell that its a woman from her two huge balls protruding from her chest, she was wearing a black gown that somehow held her huge chest, Her pointy black hat blocked the view of her face but from the soft hands holding a wooden stick and long red hair that I could tell that she must be beautiful,

 

While we were mesmerized by her beauty, she came forward and put her hands on both of our heads,

 

"It's okay you can rest now, I'll take care of you guys, after all, I'm the one who told you about this place" That was the last thing I remembered before my vision went dark.

(POV: Me)

 

 

*Water splashing*

 

I washed my face with cold water to keep me awake, Last night I barely had any sleep but that shouldn't be an excuse to waste the daylight, My eyes should probably red from lack of rest but I don't care,

 

"Hey tell everyone to triple today's laps and everyone else come with me, We got shit to amass" I shouted,

 

John and Taylor on my both sides and a group of minions carrying few shovels and poorly made wooden trolleys on tow, these trollies are something that made overnight for today's job, Kolin seems to be really pumped to collect the shit, Our destination is Antler road(Path made by Antler herd) inside the forest,

 

After the last night's discovery, I realized that I'm being preyed on by something, But I don't know what the fuck it is and I shouldn't be hiding in my room forever, Whatever the hell that thing is, If it wanted me dead, I would have been already dead but I haven't and I'm not gonna complain,

 

Today part of the group will go to check out the cave while the rest of the group will carry shit back and test it at the nearest farmlands,

 

"What the...?"

 

Once we arrived at the antler road we could found a pleasant scenary, every patch of the spot near the shit had green verdant moss sprinkled over it growing from the snow,

 

Most of them first surprised at the sight but soon got back to the sulky mood as they have to gather the shit instead of training, After splitting the group, I gathered some of my minions to aid me to explore that cave hole on the mini hill,

 

It didn't take long for me to find the hill since I have GPS and all, Our small group got back near the cave and started climbing immediately after showing them where the cave is, It was hard to climb without tools but thankfully the cave is only ten meters high and we have a climber, that one guy helped others to get up as well by using ropes,

 

Few minions went inside and checked the cave and said it's free of any beast, I was surprised that they came back shortly So I went in to see it for myself,

 

Once reaching the entrance of the cave, I immediately crawled in, not because I was curious but the cave goes downwards like a slope, 'I was afraid some bats would annoy us but it seems there are no bats thankfully',

 

The cave gives off this bad smell of death and... bird shit?, Sooner I found the source of the odor which is some kind of a bird's nest with broken eggshells, skeletons of rabbits, and a skeleton of a piglet? whatever, this cave is so small with the one-way path going 12 meters deep, it's so small for a cave, it's more proper to call it a cavity

 

*Small stone falling sound*

 

Turning back towards the source of sound which came from a crevice, one of the minion with me unsheathed his weapon ready and went ahead,

 

"Stop, let's approach it slowly" instructing him I went near the wall putting the torch in front of the crack so that I could see what the hell is inside it,

 

*Weak Bird Screams*

 

After putting torch near it we started hearing these sound, looking between the gaps I found it was some ugly crow,

 

My minion grabbed and threw it out like it was some kind of trash bag,

 

The moment it was out it tried to intimidate us by spreading its wings but it couldn't spread properly and got tired immediately,

 

"Shhhhhhhhh" raising my hands I tried to pacify it a little bit, maybe I could tame it,

 

"Ouch, come back here you ugly bastard" It pecked my hands with its slightly curved beak and now I'm chasing it before it goes back inside the crevice, thankfully it got tired easily so we carried it back after force-feeding some dried meat as you do to a dodo in the Ark game,

 

On our way back I couls see that the Deershit gathering is progressing slowly since they are pooped all over the places,

 

At first, I just wanted to test it out in some farms but seeing how verdent moss all over the place, I think I'll use it directly on all the farms on our territory, 'I mean who can stop this young master?',

 

With that thought, I returned to our camp where now I can see the bird's yellow beak and claws clearly than the previous flickering torch inside the cave, One of the minions washed the bird with cold water while it flapped its wings due to the chill and now my minion's face is with this bird's dirt,

 

*Laughs*

 

Looking at others who laugh at him, he suppressed the urge to snap the bird's neck, "shut up!, and you continue" after I said that he cleaned the bird completely now I can see its true colors,

 

The previous black stains removed now showing its brown feathers, it has white feathers near its face and Whitetail, still young as I can see its pink skin at some spots,

 

The whole time it didn't fly away, 'I wonder why has it not flown away? maybe it doesn't know how to? Perhaps this is like that stupid bluebird, Either way, I have to train it',

 

Days after feeding it plentily it had gained its vigor back, but my training went in the wrong direction,

 

If I throw a stick it would return it and get its dried meat and other times it would just peck on the ground like chicken,

 

I have a basket for it to sleep in, I take it out for a walk with a leash on it,

 

I may have made a mistake and now I have a dog, and I named it 'Doggo', Yes and it also has registered its name and responds to it every time it was called it.

 

Its size was only that of a chicken when we found it but now it has grown into a decent size where it can surround its claws around my hand easily, I wear a padded leather gauntlet thing on my left hand so that it doesn't scratch my hand when it sits/grapples on my wrists,

After a few weeks, it started to glide at a certain distance in an attempt to fly and finally after one month it started flying...flying away?,

 

I kept my cool waiting for it to return, but to prove my fears it didn't come back that day nor the next few days,

 

"I told you Aymar, we should have roasted that fat bird while it still couldn't fly but now look, the food is gone" Sia's angry at me for letting her dinner fly away which I satisfied her by giving her some biscuits above her quota as compensation,

 

To clear my mind from the loss of a potential pet eagle, I increased my Magic training and tried to discover ways to recover mental pain faster but I couldn't find anything useful for now,

 

During the headaches(result of using magic to its limit) after using magic I used my [Simulator] to try to ask questions, and most of the time its answer is like some 256-page Report going straight to my mind, "Woah! Woah! stop it!, Gimme some simple answer Idiot!" I scolded, 'it doesn't simplify anything, the answers are like some constitution laws with long repeated lines as if it was repenting for its sins and one that pissed off me most was this line

"... This assumption could be completely misleading due to User's Inherent limited knowledge and lack of ability to plan or prioritize matters...",'

 

"what do you mean by limited knowledge or plan to priorities? aren't you supposed to fill me on that department?" another silence,

 

'You know if you were to level up enough to become an AI girl, I'm gonna fuck your brains off' I made a mental note,

 

But I continued asking questions and made use of [Simulator]'s abilities, "Why can I only use Ice and not other elements?", It gave another long report but I skimmed to important details,

 

Its key answer was... Affinity,

 

I always wondered why does my eye color is Silver while my Dad's is Dark blue and Mother's is brown, I thought it was some genetic mutation and evolution crap but having my magic powers matching my eye color makes me want to reconsider the previous assumption,

 

I did asked my mother about this, her explanation was that it was a rare thing that happens even to Royalties,

 

Maybe that's why I haven't been flagged as 'Evil child' by the church since even the prince/princess aren't exempted from this phenomenon, This also prevents them from hunting down commoner kids with similar mutations on the same grounds,

 

My [Simulator] has made an assumption that few individuals like me may have affinities that they would never know or use for the most of their lives but it also said that it can't be entirely sure that only people with unique eyes can do it, In anycase it doesn't matter for now,

 

So my affinity is Ice/frost but still, my Status doesn't say it, 'wait aren't you the one said that it's my affinity?',

 

"It is the best Hypothesis and further data required" [System] replied, 'Now that's a proper answer, I'm on it', So I called John for a forest walk, Once we are away from prying eyes I made him do series of weird things, 'touch the ground! touch the water!...' like that, I went on,

 

"Now touch the Ice" I instructed, "But its too cold master" he reasoned, "Damnit, You just touched the torch fire less than a moment ago", "But Fire is warm, But Ice... Ice is Cold," he said with making his eyes big, 'Sometimes I wish this Arnold looklike guy had the same accent as him, so that my life is more funnier but alas he speaks properly,

 

"Just touch it for a second, see like this" I grabbed the icicle and let go, seeing me do it  He also touched the cold Icicle but retreated his hands immediately, "So, What do you feel?" "It's Cold" he answered rubbing his hands, "I mean other than Cold what else do you feel?" he looked at me with a stupid puzzled expression not knowing what to answer, "nevermind let's go",

 

After making him touch all four elements I could think of, I concluded that he doesn't have any affinity, now for my next test subject I chose Kolin, The reason why I excluded Eddie and Taylor is cause I feel like I shouldn't trust those couples, So I asked Kolin out for a stroll who was happy to be alone with me,

 

- The next day

 

"What are we going to do alone master?" she asked with serious face,

 

"I'll tell you when we get there" I replied,

 

Kolin is walking next to me but her visage is a feet taller than me, John was even taller than her, I don't mind John to be taller but it sucks to be shorter than your gf since she always justifies her action by saying that I'm small kid and all, To be honest, Everyone is older than me, my minions, the slaves, and even Sia is one foot taller than me, Sometimes I wish I could grow up faster, This is one of those times, 

 

*Sigh*   

 

Once we're at the spot, I instructed her to do the same series of tests that John went through,

 

"Weeeeeee!" With a giddy smile, Kolin runs around in circles while conjuring snow with both of her hands,

 

I watch this whole thing with one of my eyes twitching, Its good to see her being childish but not to the point where her master's heart hurts,

 

"Uhh Kolin?"  "Yes Master?" she stopped running around, "can you try making Ice?", "I'll try," she said as she raised her hands,

 

*Cold Whooshing sounds* *Ice Forming sounds*

 

With the pale misty wind swirling around her the Ice started forming visibly faster pace, so many times bigger than what I can make,

 

"Ahh" suddenly she stopped forming Ice and clutched her head with frowned face,

 

*Thump* *Ice cracking* *Thump* *Ice cracking*

 

The two-person tall Icicle fell vertically, but since there is nothing for it to balance it fell to the side and broke into two pieces but still, most of the pieces are held together,

 

"I'm sorry master, I failed to hold it," she said sadly still with one of her hands holding her head,

 

Nerves popped on my nerves, 'Sorry? You just made a massive Icicle at your first try while I can't even make a dildo sized one, Do you have any idea how it feels to me?' I complained in my mind while saying "It's okay you are already this good",

 

'Hey System aren't I supposed to be the guy with affinity, what's going on here?', It answered another long statement which can be shortened to 'I don't know, and you suck', 'I don't understand anything anymore' I sighed once more,

 

"From now on you'll train daily like this so that you won't get a headache while fighting opponents" I announced,

 

"So I'm going to use Ice while fighting? that sounds amazing," she said beaming smile, unlike her previous childish attitude.

 

For the next few days, I tested her limits which is two to three hours of cooldown to fully recover from mental fatigue, during the cooldown time her mind acted weirdly like she was drunk or something unlike me who has a clear mind during my cooldown period,

 

But we were interrupted by something else the next day morning,

 

*Eagle Screeches*

 

After almost a week where I stopped worrying about it, 'Doggo' returned, now inside the main tent of our hunting campsite,

 

It looked like a disheveled chicken which had just reincarnated after giving up on life,

 

And I know exactly what that screech mean, It is the screech of Hunger, 

 

When I turn to look at it, it turned away, I know what exactly happened, it decided to escape the moment it learned how to fly, Now it has come back since it had failed at hunting prey on its own,

 

looking at the slightly skinny Doggo my lips curled upwards, 'I'm happy for this bird's incapability to hunt, and it's now time to drill some loyalty into this bird's ass',

 

For a whole week, I made it eat meager food than previously, There's nothing more brutal than being fed less and it finally learned the cost of betrayal, and even if it wanted to escape in the future it doesn't have a place to return or source of food, so it's simply stuck with me,

 

During that Kolin has learned how to use ranged Ice lances throwing and spawning ice spikes from ground, but in reality, these spikes are weak as glass so they break easily on impact so I told her to focus on strengthening the ice,

 

We also tried to tactically weaponize her powers like setting ice spikes as a trap or making the ground slippery with ice or making Ice wall,

 

After another two months, Doggo is now capable of recognizing a few people other than me like John or Taylor, 

 

It can act as a basic messenger, I have this wood tablet where I carved some symbols within squares, every symbol is unique and represents one of my Sergeants that is John, Eddie, Taylor, and Kolin, a big symbol that represents me, I initially wanted to use dyes to color the symbols but I don't know which colors this bird can see so I choose symbols.

 

Tapping on Taylor's symbol I slightly raised my hands signifying it to go, This is basic training for now and I have no idea how to train it for scouting nor how it would behave in different climates,

 

During these months I also trained my magic enough so that my cooldown has reduced to one hour and I can make slightly bigger Icicle, still  this is nothing comparing to Kolin who is leagues ahead of me,

 

One of my attempts to weaponize this power almost killed me, There was one time I thought maybe I should use gun mechanics where bullet uses explosion force to shoot to compensate my size deficiency, but it ended the Icicle exploded like a grenade, and thanks to my default settings of [Autopilot] feature, my body reacted immediately so I escaped while still shocked on what happened, Thankfully Kolin wasn't there when I was experimenting,

 

For some unknown reason, my magic skill is added to my status only after the icicle grenade incident, It seems that my [System] doesn't consider magic significant unless it can be used for offense.

 

"I had enough of this shit", After a full day of training, I returned to the main Tent,

"Welcome Back Master~" A cheerful green eyes invited me,

 

It was one of Sia's maids a brunette girl, with her single thick braid laying on her small chest budge with a face of energetic schoolgirl she faced me with puppy eyes hoping for appreciation,

 

"Glo-Glory haven't I told you to call me by name when others are not around?" her cute school girl face made me flush a little even though my expression was unchanged,

 

"I'll only call Master with his name when they also call you the same way and by the way master you look cute when you blush, I just want to hug you" she came closer hugging my head between her small buns making me more red,

 

I released myself before saying "Tis' just training Fatigue, nothing more" she watched at me for a moment before started laughing while holding her mouth to the point wiping tears,

 

'I hate being looked down literally due to my height, I'm definitely gonna deepthroat her in future' evil thoughts started spawning on my mind before proceeded further inside,

 

Even though I'm not pleased with her behavior this is way better than being awkward, at first they were very hesitant but now they grew bold, well only Gloria grew bold as for others, they're different,

 

Entering my main workspace I could see Sia was in my Seat, sleeping while leaning on the desk, as I can see small drool puddle,

 

Flanking her both sides were the rest of the two maids standing, I looked at the taller blonde maid with bangs both sides gave my weak smile and I returned the same, she's Helen eldest of the maids, Sia is only head maid for namesake, I told her to directly follow whatever Helen says,

 

"Shhhhhhh" suddenly Gloria started 'Shushing' with her finger on lips, her intention was clear but she achieved the opposite,

 

"Wha-What, Oh Aymar you're back" Sia jumped out of her chair to embrace me without caring about her drools,

 

While all this was happening the last maid, the short girl with light blonde bob style hair brought me some water and mead just in case If I ask for it,

 

She's Dorothy, Dora for short, also because of her short hair resembles Dora, her chest was unusually big as Helen for her short build, although I call her short she is taller than me, which makes me extra sad, 

 

I immediately snatched mead and downed it in one go before Sia snatches it from me, Sia who just woke up, took a moment to understand what happened before started protesting me to spill her share,

 

This girl puts her mouth on whatever belongs to me but thankfully they all contribute to her growing jugs so I'm happy in one way as I feel her jiggly things,

 

That night she bit my shoulders while cuddling with a pouty face, I just hugged her tightly not letting her leave, so she didn't leave that night as we fell asleep hugging each other.

*Ice cracking and Door creaking sounds*

 

The Huge pair of doors opened door casting light inside the dark place,

 

Once it fully opened a group of people entered, just as they entered the place brightened on all sides automatically with turquoise light,

 

It was a huge hallway with countless tall pillars connecting the ceiling, there were also chandeliers on top at every few tens of meters with unknown luminescent light instead of warm torch/candle light, the reason is obvious since the entire thing from floor to ceiling is made with Ice, 

 

The group paused taking in the sight of their surroundings curiously before started walking in, of them two important people stood out because of visibly more luxurious attire,

 

At a distance, the main Throne room came into view, where rows of guards stood before a higher platform with shining metal armor with fur underneath it,

 

On the Higher Platform, there are few people were standing who were all women surrounding the circular curtains, where one can recognize the shadow outline of the throne, The most part of the throne only has dim light from the back enabling the audience to discern the outline of people standing up there and not their clear images,

 

Two female Knights are standing at the visible part of the Platform both of their armor made of a strange blue metal, it looked like a masterpiece that no Blacksmith in the western Kingdom could recreate even after seeing it in person,

 

Reaching at a  proper distance from the platform the group stopped,

 

"Kneel" One of the female Knight in blue shiny armor ordered,

 

"Are you asking a royalty t-" "Within these halls, the Crown holds no authority, There's only one who rules here and it is our Majesty", while the Royal Knight was retorting but he was cut in middle,

 

"I apologize on his behalf and I want to thank Majesty for saving my daughter's life, I am indebted to the 'Order'," A crowned figure said while Kneeling,

 

Seeing him kneeling everyone did the same including the Knight with gritted teeth,

 

The person sitting on the throne waved his hand at one of the women at his side, she came out of the shadow showing herself to the group below,

 

She was a platinum blonde woman with light blue glistening lips and eyes, wearing a white dress which reveals her cleavage and also wears a White fur Cape, but the most noticeable thing is that she had wings, fluttering butterfly wings of translucent blue color leaving sparkles on its path,

 

"Majesty is not interested in your pleasantries, If you have no matter to speak of then, there's the door" after people recovered from their drools she said this flatly,

 

"No, We came to ask to clear the curse from my other daughter who caused the trouble," the crown guy asked,

 

Turning her head left to right she said "We don't do that here, she needs to know how to control these powers or she'll destroy everything".

 

"So you want my daughter to... join the Order?" he asked hesitantly,

 

"That's best for her and the kingdom" The crown guy nodded albeit unwillingly,

After the group left, another woman from the throne side with pointy witch hat said "Everything seems to be fine your majesty, we now have another disciple to our arsenal, The Phoenix Queen couldn't even be compared to us with her sparse numbers",

 

"Another One" with a sensual female voice the person in the throne said, "Uhh... Your majesty?" Not understanding what her majesty said she blinked,

 

"There's a strong one awakened out there, I can feel it, find her and make her join us just like you did now, I don't care what you do as long as you get it done" she commanded,

 

"Majesty how" The person behind the curtains completed the line "How do I know?" The pointy hat woman's face paled,

 

"Who else can concoct a curse that can be only cured by us?" she reasoned,

 

"I apolog-" "Save your breath and put effort on finding my new apprentice, For now, send the new one to me, I'll start to teach her myself before the other one" "Yes Your Majesty" bowing to her she left,

 

After somewhile a small girl came in,

 

"Is she going to be alright?" disregarding etiquette and her status the girl directly asked towards the throne,

 

"Oh don't worry, she's safe and sound"hearing the answer she visibly recovered as a light sigh escaped from her,

 

"Can I meet her now?", "No" the person in Throne replied Decisively,

 

There was a moment of silence,

 

"When can I meet her?" She persisted on,

 

"Wait what's your what's name again?" after saying this the person sitting on the Throne figure walked out from her the Curtains showing her face with long ears towards the girl,

 

"Oh now I remember, If you really care about your sister's wellbeing then you should never see her again, Elza" she finished making the girl's pupils go wide.
