Day 30:

Early morning-

After Rilden enjoyed the morning dressing show Elarose gave him, he sighed in contentment. "Hah... I would never get tired of this."

He then went to his nightstand and opened it, revealing a pouch filled with a dozen crystals.

He only received prophecies about Atrivia's Love for the last three days and accumulated 12 pieces. However, today should be the end of the bonanza. At most, he guessed he would acquire one or two in a day. When the peak of summer ceases, it would be lucky to get one every few days.

"I wonder how many I can get before Fall," Rilden muttered. "Should I give Audfrey a Holy Body as well?"

Rilden fancied the thought. Since he had so much, giving her a Holy Body of Jurgan shouldn't be a problem.

"Hm... I should wait for the <Daily Prophet> to say something, just in case..." Rilden muttered as he checked his daily prophecies.

[Atrivia's enhanced shower of love has ended, and she would bless the world as normal. An Atrivia's Love would form in—]

[Another Atrivia's Love would form in—]

[Jurgan wants to trick you to death!—]

"What?!" Rilden widened his eyes in horror as he listened to the prophecy.

[— Jurgan currently has no Hero, as he waited for Atrivia's Hero to die of old age before selecting a newborn close to Atrivia's new Hero, making them a fated husband and wife pair of Heroes once more. However, you thwarted that plan when you helped Elarose, your wife, become a Hero Candidate. Normally, he would be overjoyed, and if you have his Holy Body, he would make you his Hero immediately. Unfortunately, you are already Qhiion's Hero, which made Jurgan pissed. He already knows you gathered 12 Atrivia's Love and is waiting for you to help Audfrey, your other woman, to have his Holy Body. After that happens, Jurgan would immediately bless her as his Hero and empower her primal instincts ten-fold, making her go berserk and insane, sending you both to a special trial realm, blocking any outside help. He would lock your magic, seal all your magical equipment and relics, and make Audfrey forget you are her mate and think you challenge her to be her mate, forcing you to face her as a Warrior in a Life and Death mating ritual duel with her(Again).

"So petty..." Rilden's mouth twitched as he continued reading.

If she has less than 4 Comprehension, she would attack you in full force and mercilessly kill you. If her Comprehension is 4 or above, she would vaguely feel fond emotions about you and would slightly hold back, but would still kill you if you are not strong enough. If her Comprehension reaches 5 or above, she will like you and would moderately hold back her strength, but should you not be strong enough, she would still kill you. If her Comprehension is 6, she would truly like you and considerably hold back, but would still kill you if you are deemed a weakling. But with 7 or above points, despite her bestial state, she would remember you are her mate and would enter estrus instead, and you will have a wild ride. Regardless of how you win, Jurgan would reluctantly consent to having his Hero be your wife along with Elarose and would bless you as compensation for the unwarranted trial.]

"So cruel! Fortunately, I didn't give her a Holy Body, or I would die..." Rilden shook in fear and decided to raise Audfrey's comprehension to 7 before doing that.

And then, Rilden looked at the last prophecy.

[Due to Atrivia spitting out her tea after being shocked at your behavior several days ago, seven drops spilled from her realm, landing on an ordinary Tea Tree right next to her temple(The one you shagged in!)! These drops of tea were not ordinary, but tier 9 divine treasures from the Divine Wisdom Tea Tree, mixed with the actual spittle of a goddess! After absorbing the drops and being showered by Atrivia's love, seven seeds miraculously mutated into a growth-type plant treasure, and are currently tier 6 seeds with the potential to grow into a tier 9 Divine Wisdom Tea Tree! Eating 6 of them would make anyone reach 7 points of Comprehension!—]

"Nice! Just what I needed!" Rilden grinned. But the next words made him want to cry.

[— Unfortunately, a young male squirrel living inside the tree already ate six, and is currently in a coma due to mental shock, mutating into a talking, multilingual, psychic Sage Squirrel with 7 points of Comprehension and a mutated psychic bloodline.—]

"Fucking talking squirrel..." Rilden's face twitched.

[— The stashed last seed and the squirrel are still inside the tree hole, and by noon, the gluttonous squirrel would wake up and eat the final seed, which would be useless to it. Fetch the seed and squirrel! The seed would be the first addition to your upcoming divine garden, and the squirrel could become a valuable pet. If you promise to give it plenty of Natural Treasures, nuts, and female squirrels to play with, it would willingly become your pet despite its intelligence being several leagues above yours since it is a greedy and lustful squirrel like you!]

"Well, fuck you too!" Rilden gave the middle finger to his ability in response to the jab and got up. "Fine, let's find that stupid squirrel."

.

.

.

At noon-

Rilden looked at a caged squirrel. This wasn't a regular squirrel, but a brown one decorated with golden lines. Through <Analyze>, he already knew how special it was.

Rilden's mouth twitched as he looked at this ridiculous creature.

"A casual tea spurt created the smartest squirrel in the world." Rilden didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Finally, the squirrel woke up and looked around in panic.

"Chi?! Chi chi chi?! Tak* Tak* Tak* Tak* Tak* Tak*" The squirrel chirped and clattered its teeth, showing it was distressed.

Rilden even saw that its status was distressed.

"Settle down, little guy. The cage is to protect you from accidentally getting hurt. I will let you out once you calm down." Rilden reassured.

"Hah? Did you talk to me, biggie? Wait, why can I understand you?" The squirrel said in a chirpy voice.

Somehow, Rilden didn't feel it with his ears, but with his mind.

"It is because of your new ability, little friend," Rilden replied.

"Wait, you can understand me, too?! And who are you calling little?! You are just big! I am normal-sized!" The squirrel humanely pointed at Rilden with its tiny finger.

"If you say so. I will let you out, but don't run around." Rilden smiled and opened the cage.

The squirrel hesitantly stepped out, circled the cage, and then looked at Rilden.

"I won't be thanking you for letting me out, though. You put me in there first." The squirrel said.

"That's fine. Do you have a name, young guy?" Rilden amusedly asked.

"What's a name? Is that a human term?" The squirrel tilted its cute head.

"It is how we address each other. My private name is Rilden, and my family name is Greyblade." Rilden said.

"Oh, I get it. I don't have one yet." The squirrel replied.

"Want me to give you a name?" Rilden asked.

"You? Give me a name?" The squirrel looked Rilden up and down before shaking its head. "You are not qualified."

"Little bastard..." Rilden's eyelid twitched.

"Hm... I will call myself Ozwald, Ozwald Wisecoat. But you can nickname me Ozi for short. Yes, that would do." The squirrel nodded to itself, its tail swishing in delight.

"Nice to meet you, Ozi." Rilden smiled.

"Hm. Now that introductions are over, what did you do to my stash?" Ozi narrowed its eyes.

"If you are talking about the regular nuts and seeds, I safely kept them. But I took the last special seed you were about to eat. I need that to grow a new tree. It wouldn't benefit you even if you eat it." Rilden explained.

"Okay, but you better compensate me with Natural Treasures. I know it's worth." Ozi glared.

"I will, don't worry. But before that, I have a proposal you can't refuse." Rilden grinned.

"What, biggie?" Ozi warily looked at the human.

"I want you to be my subordinate," Rilden said.

"No! I refuse to be below a bald monkey!" Ozi vehemently shook its head in refusal.

"Bald monkey... Fucking rodent." Rilden's mouth twitched, but he refrained from smacking the squirrel.

"If you become my subordinate, I will readily support your growth with natural treasures, give you a lifetime supply of seeds and nuts, and..." Rilden drawled.

"And...?" Ozi was drawn in.

"You will have a harem of lovely female squirrels to accompany you." Rilden grinned.

"You have a deal, boss!" Ozi readily replied, its eyes blinded by greed and lust.

Rilden held back the urge to laugh at its antics.

"Nice to be working with you, Ozi." Rilden smiled back. "Can you explain your ability to me?"

"Ah, sure." Ozi nodded and explained it.

[<Psychic Link>: You can connect to the mind of another, directly translating the meaning of whatever both parties are saying. You can also link several individuals, allowing fluent communication between one another despite language barriers. The accuracy of translation and the number of connected individuals are related to Comprehension, and the range relies on the Magician Tier.]

"Incredible!" Rilden exclaimed. It was better than he imagined.

"I know I am awesome!" Ozi smuggly said.

"Good fellow. Here is your first reward." Rilden smiled and gave it a blue tier 1 magic nut to raise its Magician Tier.

"Wow! You're a man of your word, boss!" Ozi delightfully exclaimed and ravenously ate it.

Seeing it looked cute, Rilden tried to pet it, but his hand was immediately smacked.

"Try to pet me again, and I will bite yah!" Ozi glared before continuing to eat the nut.

"Tempremental guy..." Rilden warily thought.
