“Laxus, you are not ready to become the next guild master and just because I am your grandfather do you have no guaranty that you will be the next guild master.”

“Bahahaha and who else would be fit for that position? Erza? Mystogan? Mirajane? Don´t make me laugh. All off hem are weaker than me. I am the only one that is fit to become the next guild master of Fairy Tail and you know it.”, said Laxus.

Laxus was tall and muscular, he was even taller than Aversia and Zeldaris.

Laxus had orange eyes and blond hair that was slicked back, its numerous spiky strands pointed backwards, though some fell in a small tuft on his forehead.

He had a distinct lightning bolt-shaped scar on his right eye.

Laxus was almost always seen wearing his signature "Sound Pod" model of Magic Headphones.

He donned a leopard-print, orange tunic with dark-lined sleeves reaching down below his elbows, and fur on the lower edges.

He sported a bright red cape, tied on the front with a garish knot, which bore a large, lighter Fairy Tail symbol on the back, and loose, baggy dark pants tucked inside light metal greaves.

Around his waist was a simple belt to which he attached the device linked to his Magic Headphones.

He also had a small chain tied around his right wrist.

“Don´t underestimate the other members of this guild, you would be surprised how strong they really are.”, said Makarov with a grin.

“Huh, you really think so. They are all weak and when I become the guild master, I will throw eliminate everything weak about this guild and make it the strongest guild in Fiore, so that no one can look down at it again.”, Laxus spread his arms out as he said that and begun to laugh.

Many of the members became angry, but none of them dared to attack him, because Laxus was indeed one of the strongest members of the guild and only Erza, Mirajane and Guildartz could face him.

“LAXUS, fight me!”, yelled Natsu and rushed toward Laxus with his fist ablaze.

‘Idiot’, is what both Aversia and Zeldaris thought at the same time as they saw Natsu rushing toward Laxus, they could feel how powerful he was and Natsu had no chance in hell to beat him.

But they were to late to react and Laxus defeated Natsu with a single punch that was covered in lightning.

Natsu flew threw the air and would have smashed into the wall, but Zeldaris appeared behind Natsu and took the full impact as the two crashed into the wall.

“Oh? Looks like we have some new members, and it seems that they aren´t halve bad.”, said Laxus, who was able to see how Zeldaris caught Natsu and took the impact.

Mirajane, Erza, Lisanna and Aversia ran toward Natsu and Zeldaris to make sure that they were fine.

Elfman and Gray wanted to attack Laxus, but the other three people that were with him stopped them.

These three were Laxus´s personal bodyguards and were a team called Thunder God Tribe.

The first member, founder and self-proclaimed leader of that group was a man called Freed Justine.

Freed was a slim man of average height with waist-length light-green hair; his bangs were brushed to one side, covering most of the right side of his face, as well as a pair of thin lightning bolt shaped strands jutting out backwards from the sides of his head.

His hair was gathered at the end and tied in a short ponytail with a grey ribbon.

Freed's eyes were greenish blue; beneath the left one lied a small beauty mark and possessed prominent eyelashes.

His green Fairy Tail Mark was located on the back of his left hand.

 The most distinctive piece of Freed's outfit was his dark red knee-length double-breasted coat, which possessed a wide collar, large lighter-colored cuffs decorated by a darker line on the back part, and edges adorned by two, thin golden lines each.

There were four yellow buttons closing said coat.

 Over it, around Freed's waist, was a pair of buckled belts, attached to which, on his left hip, was his sword.

The second member of the group was a man who was only known as Bickslow.

Bickslow was a tall man with a mildly muscular build and broad shoulders.

Bickslow’s upper body was covered in a dark, mildly fitting cloth covered in vertical white stripes, which extend up to his head to cover it in a tight hood, exposing only his hands and face.

The upper part of the latter, however, was almost always obscured by a metal visor reminiscent of a Medieval sallet, which comes covered with eight small, elongated holes, with four of them in front of each of his eyes, allowing him to see, but preventing others from being affected by his magical eyes.

He wore large armbands, and he had large shoulder pads each with skulls on its center.

His waist was circled by a simple dark band, which hold up a massive waist guard made of cloth, which came in four long, light-colored pieces, each adorned by a dark "X", reaching down below his knees.

Under such waist guard, Bickslow donned a pair of extremely baggy, loose dark pants, with each leg being adorned by a pair of lighter-colored belts crossing in an "X" formation.

Such pants are tucked inside a pair of light, armored greaves.

His black Fairy Tail Stamp is located on the upper part of his own tongue, often visible due to him sticking it out.

Flying around him were his beloved babies, five small, wooden dolls that were reminiscent of tribal totems.

Each of them had a colored face and little wooden wings at their side.

The last member of the group was a woman called Evergreen.

Evergreen had light brown hair, dark brown eyes and visible pink lips.

She wore oval glasses and had a very voluptuous figure paired with large breasts and curvy hips.

Her hair was arranged in a sidewards ponytail and she wore a green dress that had movable wings on the back of it.

She wore navy blue stockings along with white sandals and carried around a feathered purple fan with three hearts on it.

 Her green guild stamp is located on the right side of her bust.

The three of them were, like Laxus, rather anti-social when it came to their fellow members and would generally spend little time in the guild.

“Did you really thing that we would let you through?”, said Bickslow and stuck out his tung.

“Through” “Through” “Through”

Repeated the dolls.

“As long as we are still here, no one will get even near Laxus.”, said Evergreen while playing around with her fan.

“Elfman, Gray that’s enough, let´s not start a fight here. Although he was provoked, it was still Natsu that made the first move.”, said Zeldaris, who had no injuries from the crash and was more annoyed at their attitude than anything else.

Elfman and Gray backed off, although reluctantly and walked back to the others.

Free, Bickslow and Evergreen walked back and stood behind Laxus, who looking at Zeldaris.

“Maybe you are worthy to stay after I take over, but we will see about that? Well then, let´s get out of here and finish the next job.”, said Laxus as he and his group left the guild.

“Damn that Laxus, he really is getting more and more full of himself.”, said one of the members the second that Laxus and the Thunder God Tribe were gone.

Other members were saying similar things, but Zeldaris, Aversia and the others were not listening, but rather looking after Natsu who passed out the second he was hit by Laxus.

Happy was right beside him and was very worried.

“Don´t worry Happy he is just unconcise and needs some rest, he will however feel some pain for the next few days. Although Aversia and I could heal him but let´s see as his punishment for his thick headedness. I don´t think he will learn his lesson but that´s Natsu for you.”

Happy smiled and nodded at Zeldari´s words.

Zeldaris picked Natsu up and together with Aversia and Happy decided to bring him back to his home, so that he could rest.

Natsu and Happy lived right outside the city inside an old shack in the forest.

The building had only a single room and was filled with souvenirs from his jobs and adventures, but they lied around on the ground or etc., making the room look like a mess.

Natsu and Happy didn´t sleep on a normal bed but a hammock.

After laying Natsu carefully into the hammock, asked Zeldaris and Aversia if Happy wanted to come with them.

But the blue cat decided to stay with Natsu and thanked them for helping Natsu.

To which they said that it was no big deal.

On the way back to the guild Zeldaris became serious and asked Aversia,” Did you also feel that energy that was hiding inside the body of Laxus?”.

Aversia nodded and said,” I did, it felt like the power of a dragon, but it was verry weak compared to the energy of a normal dragon: But I had the feeling that it resembled the energy of a dragon slayer and yet it was completely different from a normal dragons slayer, as if the energy was invading the body and was coming from a single point in the body, it also felt somewhat unstable.”.

“I believe that someone has created another way to make dragon slayers, and I think that the dragon energy comes from an object that is being put inside the body of a mage. But I don´t think that it is safe, and I don´t even want to imagine the side effects of that. Which means that we should have our eyes on that Laxus guy. I also don´t believe that he is the only one of these new dragon slayers.”, Zeldaris sighed as he said that.

“Still, to think that someone wants to continue the practice of dragon slayer magic. Hopefully, these new dragon slayers won´t also transform into dragon after overusing their magic. The fate of being hunted by that monster is something that no one should have endure. But what should we call these new dragon slayers? Maybe the second generation?”

“Maybe? I am not sure, but what would we be? Generation 0?”

The two continued like that until they arrived at the guild and Aversia summoned Ophiuchus back.

Aversia and Zeldaris decided that they would summon her when they would leave the inn and would send her back when they would go back to the inn to sleep.

The amount that holding the gate open needed was not a problem for Aversia and she and Zeldaris didn´t want Ophiuchus to be alone for a long time, since she didn´t really had friends in the spirit world.

The only other time that Aversia didn´t had the gate open was when she Zeldaris trained with Erza, since she needed all her magic power for it.

But she would always summon her back shortly after the training ended.

Ophiuchus appeared and pouted since she really wanted to watch the training.

Aversia and Zeldaris laughed and told her that one day she will be able to see it and that it was not as much fun as she thought.

But she wasn´t convinced, but she also understood that the two of them needed all their magic power for this training, so she switched the topic.

“Have you decided where we will go eat today?”

Zeldaris and Aversia had a little routine with Ophiuchus and the Strauss siblings in which they would go eat lunch once a week together in a restaurant in the city.

They would rotate every time on who decided where they would go and sometimes Natsu and Happy would accompany them.

This week it was Zeldaris´s turn to decide and he hadn´t made a choice yet.

Zeldaris was thinking for a moment and started to smile.

 

 

I should have probably started with this one.

The different types of categories for magic. Magic can be categorized into two main types. Ability types and Holder types. Although Ability type is called Caster type in the manga and the anime, I just like the name Ability type better.

Ability type means that the mage casts the magic through his body and without the help of an object or an outside source.

Holder type means that the magic is being casted through an outside source and the mage just provides the magic power.

There are more Ability types of magic than Holder type magic, but Holder type is more popular with the average mage.

Then there are also many sup categories, but all of them contain one or sometimes both the main types and sometimes a type of magic can be casted through both ways.

For example, Letter magic is a category of magic that includes different types of magic that utilize words which are written by the user.

It contains both Levi´s Solid Script and Freed´s Dark Écriture, both can be used as either Ability type or as a Holder type.

Freed for example can write the runes for his magic with his hands, Ability type, but he uses his sword for it most of the times, Holder type, because it is faster that way.

But there are also different kind of categories, such as Ancient Spells and Lost Magic.

Ancient Spells, as its name implies is magic from ancient times and includes all forms of Lost Magic.

Lost Magic is a type of Magic that has been obliterated from the history of the world due to their immense power and the sheer gravity of their side effects on the users, but there still users of these kinds of magic.

For example, Dragon Slayer Magic is both an Ancient Spell and a Lost Magic since it was created more than 400 years ago and when overused transforms the user into a dragon.
