Li Yusheng calmly said,

"I didn't have any intention to do that...sort of thing..."

"What?" Su Ying questioned. 

"I wasn't even going to touch you. It was you...who...um..."

"I'm not trying to do anything!" 

"Really? Is that so? This position...is a bit suggestive though..." 

"I'm just trying to restrain you!" 

"Oh........." 

".........." 

Awkward.... A pair of husband and wife kept looking at each other. One's face full of indescribable expression... The other, expressionless. 

"You really weren't going to do anything?" Su Ying asked. 

"No..." 

"Really?" 

"Really...." 

"Then now that I've done this, is there any possibility that you'll harm me?" 

"No..."

"Why?" 

"Did you ever kill someone? Did you ever did something you REALLY shouldn't have?" 

"Um... No?" 

"There you got it..." 

Su Ying suspiciously looked at his husband, trying to figure out his intention while Li Yusheng calmy tried to judge his wife. 

"You...didn't marry me willingly, right? So... What are you going to do with me?" Su Ying asked. 

"It's going to depend on you..." Li Yusheng replied. 

"How?" 

"What did Li NanYin instruct you to do?" 

"Who the hell is Li NanYin?" 

"................" 

Li Yusheng showed obvious surprise in his face beacuse he knew that the person in front of him wasn't lying. He spent all those years in the army, naturally he knew how to judge human behaviours. 

"You don't know her?" He asked. 

"No..." 

"Then what about Ding YiFan?" 

"I don't know... Am I suppose to know them? Who are they? Legendary people? Wanted murderers? Or big shots? Local tyrants?" 

Li Yusheng sighed. This person... Is he an idiot or just ignorant? He said, 

"Li NanYin is an Imperial Noble Consort, my paternal aunt. And Ding YiFan is my father's first wife, sister of Ding YiFu, your sister Su Yuan's husband." 

"Too complicated... Just how am I suppose to know them?" 

".......... Nevermind." Li Yusheng decided to give up on that. 

"Whatever." 

Su Ying carely looked at his husband. The man before him had sword-like brows, handsome phoenix eyes. tall and straight nose and small lips. His face looked like it was carved by God himself ( the same God who loves him so much to choke him to death ). His figure is well-proportioned. Tall and straight limbs... Tanned skin... Really handsome! He could even feel his abs. *Cough* Well... He was sitting on his abdomen that's why... *in a small voice* He could feel them through his buttocks so... 

*Cough*

Su Ying narrowed his eyes, holding the chin of the handsome man before him. He said somewhat regretfully, 

"You're unexpectedly really handsome ah. I thought you'd be ugly... Or at least with a beer-belly and mustache...  But you're totally unlike what I expected you you be... I can even feel your abs. Sadly... You're a 'cut-sleeve' ah..."

"That's not true." Li Yusheng suddenly felt like explaining. 

"What's not true?" 

"About the 'cut-sleeve' thing." 

".................... You are not a 'cut-sleeve'? Then what about those rumors?" 

"They are false."

"How the hell am I supposed to believe you?" 

"Believe me about what?" 

"About the rumors being false." 

"Because I spread them." 

".............................."

"I spread the rumors." Li Yusheng said as if stating a matter of fact. 

Su Ying looked quite incredulously at him. He said, 

"You...you're like that? Could it be you...you like to enjoy bad reputation? What kind of masochist are you?" 

Li Yusheng felt that if he didn't explain now, his reputation in front of that person would plummet bottom. 

"I'm not like that. It was to get rid of any unnecessary people with bad intentions..." 

Su Ying laughed and jokingly said, 

"Now don't tell me there's some Palace drama

with some real scheming going on? Like your concubines are planted to be spies. Our marriage being part of the scheme or something. That's not possi... " 

Su Ying paused when he saw his husband looking at him with narrowed eyes. 

"Um... I hit the nail???" 

"Quite a bit." Li Yusheng said. He believed that his wife was either a genius or an ignorant foolish butterfly. 

"So... What are you suppose to do with me?" Su Ying asked seriously. 

"As long as you don't cause any trouble, you should be alright." Li Yusheng said.

"Well... As long as you make sure that I can live a good, safe and harem-drama free life, I'll be the kind of wife you desire me to be. Pretend to favour me. I'll do whatever as long as it doesn't go against my rules. I'll hold your thigh. But... Don't Do Anything That You Shouldn't Do Without My Consent!"

Li Yusheng looked at the person who had a 'fierce' expression and said, 

"As long as you don't do something you shouldn't do, I promise to protect you no matter what. No one will be able to touch you." 

"Deal." Su Ying finally revealed an extremely beautiful smile, making Li Yusheng unable to move his eyes away from him. 

"You're not that bad. Very handsome, reasonable, your character is also to my liking." Su Ying said. 

"Is that so?" Li Yusheng asked, his eyes looking deeply into Su Ying's eyes 

Su Ying curiously asked, 

"There's something I want to know." 

"What?" 

"Just how many people have you been with?" 

"What do you mean?" 

"I mean how many people did you do those deeds with?" 

Understanding what he meant, Yusheng showed a disgusted expression. Disgusted beacuse he didn't like other people to be close with him in that way. Then he looked at the person who was sitting on his abdomen. 

"............... "

Su Ying was surprised with it. Just to confirm his doubt, he tried to touch the man's chest playfully, enjoyed the rare sight of the man obviously stiffening in front of him. 

Su Ying laughed mischievously, "You're a virgin?" 

Li Yusheng looked really irritated. At this, Su Ying laughed. 

"It's not bad at all. Save it for the person you like ba." Li Yusheng didn't reply and just looked at him. Su Ying thought of something mischievous. He said while pouting, 

"Don't be so sad ah. I'll give you a present. Here..." 

Su Ying moved closer to Yusheng and pecked him in his right cheek. Yusheng widened his eyes. Unbeknownst to any of them, his ears turned a little red. 

All these things really made Su Ying tired. He yawned. He moved from Yusheng's abdomen and laid down beside him. Yusheng couldn't help but say, 

"What about me?" He tried to imply that he should remove those bound fabric before sleeping since he(Li Yusheng) couldn't remove them due to the lack of strength.

Su Ying just ignored him and said being drowsy, "Sleep like that ba. Good night." 

And then...he fell asleep.

The next morning, Li Yusheng woke up very early and forcefully tore the fabrics bound to his limbs. He looked at the person sleeping peacefully beside him. The person somehow moved closer to him at night, possibly to seek some warmth. Yusheng silently went out of the room so that he didn't wake the sleeping person up. 

As he was walking towards his study, he felt all sorts of gaze from the maids and maidservents. No matter who saw him were so shocked... As if he was walking around naked. He expected everyone to be surprised since that was the first time he spent a 'night' with someone... But... Wasn't that too much??? 

He entered study room where his comrades and loyal friends were waiting for him all night. His Lieutenant General and childhood friend Wen Zhao looked towards him to say something but then opened his mouth wide enough to stuff a whole living chicken inside. Not just him, even all his other comrades were also the same. Wen Zhao said incredulously, 

"Your...your cheek..." 

Frowning deeply, Li Yusheng quickly ordered someone to bring him a mirror. 

A red kiss mark on his cheek... Suggesting that lots of things happened last night. 

He should have been angry... But he wasn't. He just smiled faintly and thought... that his wife was really interesting. He had to admit. That person wasn't a coward rabbit at all. But a kitty. 

A fierce and clever kitty. Truly capable of scratching people...
